First my order arrived faster than I expected and the hair is soft, very beautiful. Once my hair was done, it looked amazing. My 2 issues with the hair is after 3 weeks, it started shedding and clumping up no matter what product I used on it. Secondly, trying to take the hair out was difficult because of the clumping. I had to cut it out so I was unable to reuse it. If youre wanting a quick natural look under 3 weeks wearing time, its a good buy. Anything beyond that, I wouldn't recommend this hair.
So, I’ve had my ups and downs with QVR but it seems to even be getting more worse! When you want a product, they are quick to charge you for it but as soon as you pay and you have a problem with the hair, you won’t hear from them. You have to keep sending emails and WhatsApp messages only to get ignored. Definitely my last buy from them. I’m better off buying from shein.
This company is a scam. Horrible customer service, and the videos used to sell the products are misleading. You need to be very careful and avoid ordering from them. The company is based in China, and if for any reason you need to return the product, you have to pay for shipping and customs fees, meaning you could lose all your money and end up with no product. You take 100% of the risk, while the company always wins: if you keep the product, they make a profit; if you return it, you cover all the costs, and they still have no losses. I didnt receive my hair according to what site stated. Once I finally received my deep wave human crochet the hair smell burn. I soaked in vinegar, washed it with shampoo and even tried fabric softener numerous times (within 3 days). The hair does shred alot. Not worth it, ywigs is so much better. Don't waste your money on qvr hair, trust.
They actually don't deserve a STAR ! I bought the hairs on 6th. April 3-5 days delivery? A big lie! Service delivery very POOR I have just received today on 24th of April. Customer service they sounds not to be bothered, as long they have received your money. The answer was " We won't take your money and not give it to you. But we've already shipped the item you ordered and we've provided you with a link to track the package" be warned!

I have been requesting to initiate a return for past two weeks,so many emails, no response .The color was not what I ordered(ordered color 2 got color 4) and the length is not what I ordered(I ordered 22 inches, what I received looks like 10 inches).The hair is very poor quality, it's not uniform length , fragile.Please not buy/order from this website.

I purchase the 10’ 3 pack kinky human twist hair. When I received the hair, it had a foul smell and it wasn’t a good quality hair at all!! It was shedding and when I installed it, it was matted and all different sizes. I do not recommend this hair! It was definitely was a waste of money!!
I purchased this horrible not human hair at all, hot mess, I spent over $300 and I am pissed to put it mildly, the hair was beautiful in the pack!! I purchased at the end of January so that I can have it for my mom’s birthday in march, when it was installed it smelt burnt even after a mild wash it stank!! When it dryer it looked like a tangled birds nest on it’s worst day! I have reached out and have not received a response yet!!! Never again!!
Purchased their human hair crochet jerry curl. Worst hair ever. After several attempts to comb the hair using mousse, moisturizer and detangler, the hair is very poor quality, nothing I tried worked and I'm a hair stylist. Only wore it for 4 day's. Total trash and waste of my money (SMH). Do not buy
The hair looks and feels beautiful. The problem is that the hair sheds and comes out at the track. If you brush the hair the brush is filled with the full hair from the track. The did come very quick, less than 5 days but again I have had it for about 5 week and half of the hair has come out. It looks like the hair is on chemo.
I wish I write a fabulous review about them but I’d be lying if I did. I ordered a unit and it came pretty quickly. However, the unit was ill-fitting, felt large. Also the clamps hurt and it just did not suit me. So I packaged it back up and asked for a refund via email. And that’s where thats where the issue began. Initially they emailed me to say I should see a stylist to trim and customize it. However, that would not resolve the issue of the wig feeling large and the clamps being painful. So I declined because once it’s altered I can’t return it. Then they offered a discount (an unknown amount) on a future purchase. Again I declined because it’s an unknown amount and I don’t know if I would purchase from them again. Then they proceeded to tell me how expensive it would be to return about $15-20. I thought it was going to China! Compared to the price of the wig it still would’ve been cheaper to pay return shipping an get a refund. This time via email said keep it and we’ll give you $20 off this purchase. Again keeping a $100 wig I don’t like that doesn’t fit is a waste. Again via email I said I’d rather have a refund also by now I’m annoyed as they clearly don’t want to issue a refund. Each time I email they take 2-3 days to respond. After insisting on getting a refund they send the return label which was to California for and had free return shipping!! I immediately sent the package off on 3.25.25. I heard nothing until 4.7.25 after ascent another email to confirm receipt and inquire about my refund. I’m glad I finally got my refund. However it should not have taken multiple emails going back-and-forth for so long. I might have kept it. Had they initially offered me $20 off the wig I may have keep it but they deliberately tried to prevent me from returning it.
I been trying to cancel this order since 5 minutes after I ordered it and they just keep saying if it hasn't been shipped then they can cancel it.it wasn't shipped when I tired to cancel it, very unprofessional and I will refuse the order when it comes, I've sent several emails and no one has guided me on how to return it. QVR thieves should not be used. We need to stop purchasing from these type companies in China. They don’t care. They feel untouchable. However if WE band together we can show them. I ordered crochet hair that was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days…lie #1 Easy return…lie# 2 I have written to them a minimum of 10 times requesting a refund. At first they responded with discounts. Discounts I would never use because I would. NEVER purchase anything from them or any business in China. This is my second horrible, costly loss. Everglow is just as bad. We can show them what thieves get if we band together and stop purchasing anything no matter how great the deal looks.
Great concept, not so great product. I've had the hair installed and the matting, tangling and constantly shedding wasn't okay. I created my own bulky kinky "human hair" this was was defiantly synthetic hair. I purchased hair from hair stores that are more affordable then this
I ordered the 14 inches small feathered crochet hair. They sent me 16 inches. It was on sale so I ordered another 3 pack and they sent me 14 inches. They did not tell me that they were out of stock in the 14 inches. I sent back the 14 inches waiting for an exchange. I’m so not ordering from this company again. Waste of time and money. Costumer service is horrible and they don’t know how to spell or write a professional email.
They lie about the length of the hair. The strands are nowhere near the length they state. The way they package the hair is so that it's brick stacked to overlap. In the packaging, it looks like a natural tapering of strands on the ends, but in reality it's packaged to be deceptive in length. They probably use hair scraps from creation of wigs to sell as bundles for braiding. As you separate the hair to braid into your own, you will find that the strands are much shorter, often less than half the length stated. However, you do not realize that until you unpackage and begin to separate the strands. Once you begin to manipulate the hair, you have rendered it non-returnable for a refund. In addition, their customer service response time is horrible. Make sure you do NOT have an occasion in the near future and have a problem with your order because they take about a week to respond to emails and the response is generally non-conclusive. I will NOT order from them again because the price is not equal to the quality.
