The QVR Natural Black Afro kinky Bulk Hair Extensions I ordered had a funny smell and was pretty extorionate for what it is. The clip ins I ordered for my sister were very poor quality. I contacted QVR to get a refund for my order and they basically tried to stop/refused the refund, despite affirming that I am legible for a refund. I am a univeristy student on a tight budget so was very disappointed about this.
I purchased the natural black Afro kinky bulk hair 22”. Hair is soft, I get compliments every day for the natural look. I use it for a mini twist Very beautiful. I am saving up to buy another 3 pack as I plan to keep that style for a very long time.
This hair is trash. I have worn weave and crochet for years and this is the worst hair I have ever put in my head. I purchased human hair crochet water wave. when I first received the hair I was very excited. The hair is beautiful once installed it went down hill from there. It began to tangle and matt. after a few days. It got so bad that I had my stylist take it out. I thought maybe I just got a bad batch. so I purchased a few more bundles and tried again. Same thing! My stylist wouldn’t even deal with it. Please don’t fall for the hype that the influencers are putting out there. This hair is awful!! I decided to try Y wigs water wavey and I’ve been wearing it for 3 weeks and it is the most beautiful crochet hair ever. no tangling, no matting! I’ve colored it and shampooed and it looks and feels wonderful. if you are looking for high quality human hair crochet run don’t walk to ywigs. I had 3 bundles left over from QVR and I threw them in the trash!! What a waste of money.
I absolutely love the quality of the hair and the end product of the style. However the customer service especially lack of communication and very delivery impacted my experience. I would definitely buy again buy will give 3 weeks to 1 month fir delivery instead of the 5-7 days that was advertised.
I got the package this past weekend, so far I like the color and the texture doesn't itch against my skin. It is exactly how it is shown on the website, it above a week and some days to deliver. Excited to put it in my hair and hope it looks great.
I ordered Qvr hair for the first time and bought human hair kinky hair bundles in 20” , the hair is really soft and came with crochet hooks, i also did the human hair test and this came out garanteed human hair. It has a slight smell to it ,not really noticable but the hair was very buttery and does not itch. I recommend this site . The shipping was quick and secure , i love this about the company. Thank you

Ordered 18 inch Afro kinky bulk. Immediately sent email, social media messages and WhatsApp messages requesting to edit the order to 22 inches as my Braider informed me that my hair was longer. QVR mailed the 18inch then responded to my email that it was too late. It wasn’t, they could have placed a stop on that order. They do not respond fast enough to messages. They asked me to consider using the 18inch. I asked for an overnight label to return the product and they refused.

I attempted to reach out for assistance, but the only provided contact number is through WhatsApp, which raises concerns. It has now been four days, and I have yet to receive any response to my emails or any update regarding the shipping status of my order. I am now questioning the legitimacy of the business, as there is no clear support available for customers. I will be reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau.

Purchased their human hair crochet… I copies this review as it is my story as well!!!! Horrible hair! Purchased their human hair crochet jerry curl. Worst hair ever. After several attempts to comb the hair using mousse, moisturizer and detangler, the hair is very poor quality, nothing I tried worked and I'm a hair stylist. Only wore it for 4 day's. Total trash and waste of my money (SMH). Do not buy
