I ordered this product on March 28, 2025 and it still hasn’t arrived. It looks like it may arrive outside the promised delivery 3-5 working day window, but there’s no way to get real help. Customer service is entirely AI-generated with no option to speak to a human or get a meaningful update. There’s no phone number, and all replies are generic and unhelpful. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of support and transparency. If the product ever arrives, I’ll update this review—but right now, I can’t recommend ordering from QVR.
This hair is amazing. My client loved the out comes. We didn't like that when we took the bundle apart it was very interesting how they had it. They twist two stands together then they braided them all together. Well taking all this down the only thing I was saying was WHY. Why is this hair processed like this. Why did they have to twist and braids the hair. Then they wrap hair around the bundle like WHY. It took me and my client a hour to undoe all 5 packs of hair that she had. I was interested in buying this hair because the out come is BEAUTIFUL. But I changed my mind, because I don't wanna go through unraveling the hair again. Can yall please found another way to package the hair. A way that it is easy for the customer Please and Thank you.
The hair took too long to arrive and when it came looked nice but when I started to pull the strands apart it was all tangled and matted together. It literally took me an hour to get the individual sections apart.
I will say that the only positive is how quickly the hair came and it is light. However, it is not good quality and more hair was lost in separating which resulted in not having enough to complete the hairstyle. Although I ordered 12 inches, it does not come in the same way all the way around like when you buy packed hair. From other vendors, I have used two and a half bulks of hair and it has been enough but that was not the case here. I definitely could have saved my money on this purchase. I do not recommend
I am rating my experience based on the return policy, which was unclear. Anyone returning a product must take photos of the product, including the bar code. This was not made clear from the beginning. Subsequently, the QVR appeared unwilling to refund or accept their product. After several attempts, I became frustrated and decided to keep the hair. As it turned out, the hair product was more than I expected, and I love it! For that, I would rate them a 5 star. And intent to continue to purchase from them.
Disappointed and not to shame but report my experience
I ordered hair and WILLINGLY paid $169.00 of my SOCIAL SECURITY AND WAITED was so excited TO GET THE HAIR. THE INSTALLER WAS SO SAD THAT SHE WANTED TO DONATE HAIR to me IN EXCHANGE. I am so disappointed. I am not asking for refund or exchange just had to give my experience
Communication is very poor. I've been chasing up the status of order. This is not good customer service, very disappointing customers place orders for a reason

I placed an order from the UK and was pleasantly surprised by the swift delivery. I received a message indicating that my delivery was scheduled for the 1st of February, but to my surprise, it arrived on the 28th of January. I love the hair I purchased and can't wait to use it!
Good quality hair. The pricing isn’t bad either. Just took longer to get delivered due to the weather. Otherwise….no complaints. I will be ordering again
I ordered the Deep Wave Human Crochet hair and purchased 5 bundles (3bundles @16 inches and 2 bundles @14 inches). It did take a bit of time to arrive due to the unavailability of the 16 inch bundles. Once it all arrived and I had it installed, it looked GREAT! The hair was so pretty! The crochet was invisible due to the very small looping string between the hair. My only issue with this lovely curly hair was that after my fourth week wearing the hair it began to tangle a great deal and dry out easily, no matter how much I moisturized with leave in conditioner, light oils and mousse. I had hoped to be able to re-use the hair again, but definitely will not due to the tangling and dryness. The hair lost its original curliness and became super dry. I may try another curl pattern. I hope I will have better luck and be able to reuse the hair next time because it is rather costly.

I have used this product yet but plan too in the next 2 weeks. I need one more bad. I ordered one bad to see what I was getting. I think the product took about 8 days to arrive.
Placed a non-custmized order on a Thursday. Per the website, non-customized orders ship in 24hrs. It is now Tuesday of the following week and it's still saying processing. When I checked later in the evening, I'd received an email with a tracking number for USPS. Not FedEx. When I check the tracking number, there is no delivery date. Pending pickup by USPS or delivery to USPS. Haven't received hair but very disappointed with the misleading information on the website. Regardless of the quality of the hair, I will most likely not use them again. Pretty sure I can find someone else that provides quality and honors the information on their website.
I like the human hair and it looked great with the initial install but the hair tangles very easily. It made me question if the hair is human. I’m not sure why it tangles so much. But you have to tangle it everyday. It’s too much work. I won’t buy it again but I will try a different curl pattern.
The hair quality is as advertised! The hair is very soft and the color choices are excellent. I get nonstop compliments. I highly recommend the Afro kinky bulk hair for braiding.
BEWARE! If you process a legitimate return, you will likely not get your money back unless you call your bank. QVR has both the hair and the money. $420
