I ordered a 3-pack of crochet hair (their site mentions that it works for most people). It was not nearly enough so I ordered a single pack of the 20 inch ombre to match the length and color of my previous purchase. I installed it and when I checked in the bigger mirror, it was longer than the original. I double checked what I ordered and that was correct but the package said it was 22 inch. If it was all one color like black, it would have been fine but it is ombre so it looks weird. Where the color changes from T2 to T30 is inconsistent. I contacted the company and was told that the warehouse was out of 20 inch so they upgraded me for free. That isn't helpful with ombre hair. Their remedy? A refund of $15. I cannot wear my hair down because the colors don't match up. Why didn't they send me a note to ask what I wanted? I am so unhappy. Now I have to take it all out and start over somehow. And ordering the 4th pack still isn't enough. Ugh.
The first set of hair I purchased was very difficult to separate. It was soft but just seemed like scraps of hair piled together. I did make a second purchase with the crochet kinky curly hair and I really liked it. It’s soft, lightweight, was easy to install and manageable.
I heard so much hype about this hair and the high quality and I am here to tell you I got scammed. The hair is not human and the density is not what they claimed. It smelled bad so I washed it in cold water and so much hair came out . So sad. I order a lot of wigs from Amazon and I usually purchase some good stuff. This time I ordered directly from Qvr and I am so disappointed. Never again. Hopefully this review can save someone else from purchasing one of these wack wigs.

Hair is poor quality. I took proper care of it and it turned into dreads, knotted, tangled, and I couldn't get my fingers through it to detangle. Customer service is a joke. Asked a million questions about how I took care of it. Only so they could deny the refund and offer me a discount on my next purchase. I'm never buying again and you should all save your money on this one. Back to synthetic I go. I believe qvr is a mixture of synthetic. It is definitely not 100% human hair.
Ladies, if you’re gonna buy this hair, just know you are wasting your money. I purchased five bags of hair. My hair was beautiful, however my hair lasted for one week and a half before it started to mat. It tangled so bad that it looks like I had dreds. I literally had to cut it out of my hair one week and a half later. I wish I can post the before and after pics. This was a waste of my money and time. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
Should have read reviews first! Took nearly a month if not more to receive the hair which I was told is due to it being a custom order, what I received left me speechless. Completely disgusting and predatory for financial gain on black women.

I install the Qvr hair on July 10 2025 . I just sprayed with water to set curl each morning. I used a satin bonnet at night after I put two plaits to sleep . I notice that the hair was getting very tangled and shedding when I used my wide tooth brush. The tangled hair started out with some sections I managed that But when I start getting a big ball of matted hair in different section. That is a problem i paid 245.00 for this hair just to have it in only 2 week. I was some kind of compensation back.
Pluses - Looks good out the box. Fast shipping. Negatives - I ordered dark brown crochet curly hair and it smelled funny so I washed it. The dark brown dye was left in my sink and the hair was medium to light brown. At least have the decency to wash out the dye. The hair started tangling on day 2 and shedding heavily. I'll be surprised if this mop makes it a full two weeks before go back to have it taken out. Paid full price for this hair. I'll never order from them again. Very poor quality especially for their expensive pricing.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I ordered hair from QVR and after about two weeks of wearing it was matted and started to lock up. My stylist had to cut it out off of my head. We took pictures and videos. I emailed customer service and requested a full refund. They refused and offered on a refund for the unused hair and $20 for my inconvenience . I'm still waiting for a return label to be sent to me. I have contacted American Express since that is the card I used for the purchase.

I got the kinky curly crochet 3 packs for $250 Australian dollars to only discover the hair is extremely poor quality. I am extremely disappointed and I do not recommend this company. Please don't waste your money. I put the crochet last Thursday and first impressions I couldn't even combed. It been 1 week and I regret and I want to remove it. They advertise fake stating its a good hair, no it horrible I can't even pass my fingers...this deserves 0 star. I will never buy from this company again.

I’m a hairstylist, my client bought this hair in today to get some twist. she paid $169.00 for 4 packs of “14. She was completely scammed!! I must say the hair does feel human, but it sheds ALOT, it’s full at the top but not at the bottom & the hair doesn’t curl when wet. To all hairstylist or women looking to purchase this hair, please just go to the hairstore, i’ve had WAY better results with hairstore hair & paid much less!

If I could give this vendor zero stars I would. After reading the reviews, I cancelled my orders within the two hour cancellation policy stated on their website. They never responded and shipped the item anyway. Once I received the hair, it was absolutely not 100% human hair and it had a chemical smell. I contacted the vendor and they told me to try the hair anyway despite me telling them that I am 100% allergic to synthetic hair. I told them I wanted my money back and they told me I needed to ship the hair back in my own cost and I would need to pay customs as they are located in China in the end. It was not cost-effective to return the item so I’m now stuck with Hair that I cannot use. Stay away from these scammers the quality of the hair is ridiculous.
The hair is low quality its not full from top to bottom. There was a lot of shedding ;my stylist had a hard time separating it! It not accurate according to how its advertised on instagram . It wasn’t worth $200 next time ill just spend my money on the synthetic hair. Waste of money and a scam!
I purchased this back in May to have for a summer install to avoid wig in the heat. Upon receipt this hair felt very soft and silky and I was excited to install. As I have now read in some of the comments this hair started to matt and tangle quickly. I was doing a light water spray in the morning and applying a little amount of mousse brushing it through. A week or so in started getting a lot of tangling and matting. After 2 1/2 weeks I removed it, brushed it well removing all the tangles, I separated the hair in bundles to wash it ensuring I wet it with down strokes running my fingers through it and massaging it lightly since I knew it had tangled. one of the bundles matted so bad had to trash it. Managed to keep the others from tangling badly but they did tangle. I rinsed well let air dry and thought I was home free. Did another install and lightly oiled the hair. Within 3-4 days more tangling and I section and comb through the hair every night. Again I don't think the hair is all human as advertised. Will try other companies just to see if I have any better results.
I ordered the kinky curl ombre crochet human hair after the two weeks it was tangled and matted together. I had my beautician cut it out.
