I knew from the beginning I should not purchase with this company but it was recommended by my stylist. USPS marked my item as delivered but did not get me my package until days later after my appointment passed so I wasn’t able to use the hair. I have been trying to return this for about 2 weeks and all they want to do is offer you a partial refund instead of a label. I requested a label they denied me this I’ve asked for the return address and they won’t share that. This should be on the site I shouldn’t even have to ask. Not to mention you can only return if they approve it beforehand. This company is much like many of THOSE other hair companies, greedy unethical and exploiting customers from my community. I will be reporting them to the BBB & FTC, I’m so disgusted.
I was really disappointed with this hair, this hair tangled a lot, and the length was definitely not what the package said. The density was just awful and I regret buying this hair especially for the price. I got 5 packs but it was not enough because half the product was tangled on the floor. Both myself and the braider got really frustrated. Honestly , I have gotten better synthetic hair for way cheaper and better quality. This product is just advertised by influencers and they get paid to trick the public.Or the company sends influencers a better quality product. Whichever way, it is a big NO for me and I will be leaving a video review on TikTok , Instagram and another review on trustpilot just incase this one doesn’t make it to the public. Cheers!!
I ordered on June first and still have not received my hair. Can't get intouch with anybody through customer service. They put the wrong FedX tracking number in the email. Just a hot a$$ mess. I want my hair so I can get my hair done. This is way to much of a hassle. And don't pay the extra for hassle free delivery because as you can see, its one hell of a hassle if you ask me.
I had high expectations for this hair from all the advertising, even though they had mixed reviews. I bought 3 packs of the kinky curly crochet hair but when I got it. There was no way 3 packs would have done my whole head, so I ordered 3 more packs. This was the worse mistake. The hair is like a blended synthetic mix, the second day it started frizzing, I tried several conditioners but after 2 weeks. This was a waste of money and a total fraud.
I love the wig but the delivery process was way to long it took forever for it to come and the company does not communicate well with the delivery process this was my 1st time ordering from this company I had began to think I got scammed because the email was only saying for days they received my order and nothing else I had to reach out to the company several times to see what was going on and the only way to call is on Whatsapp delivery definitely needs improving when I did contact them they were saying the wig was being handmade that was a different experience for me at least if I ordered again I do know they are legit but delivery is along time where is this company located
The Afro kinky bulk was so soft and had good texture.
I’ve purchased human hair from other companies and was able to wear the hair for 4 months, without issue. After 1 wash of QVRs kinky human hair the hear became incredibly tangled. Because I’d paid so much for the hair I kept it in for another two weeks, every single day I had to cut out knots. The hair barely lasted a month. I don’t believe this was 100% human hair; possibly a blend. Will not buy from them again.
The kinky curly crochet hair is just ok. Initially it looks great but after about 2 weeks the hair will begin to tangle, loc up and mat together. Definitely not worth spending almost $300 for 5 packs of 18" hair. Also, the 'sales' that are advertised constantly almost feel like bait and switch because the sale is not for most of the hair.
Terrible company. Terrible business practices. Could not even get the hair untangled out of the packet. They did not want to resolve it. I have not received a refund or a new product nor have they tried to reach a reasonable solution after they sent unusable hair.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this company. The first time I ordered the kinky salt and pepper. Initially I didn’t like it and tried to return without success. Subsequently, I decided to keep it and as it turned out, I really like the hair. This time, I ordered Afrokinky salt and pepper. The hair was more pepper than salt. I emailed QVR several times without receiving a reply. As I mentioned in previously correspondence to QVR, their customer service is lacking. It is unfortunate that QVR sells hair products that are for the most part good; however, their customer service department leaves a lot to be desired. As the old saying goes, “the product is only as good as its guarantee.” I will never purchase from them again and strongly advise anyone else to do the same.
Worst hair ever! I would have did better buying my synthetic hair. I ordered crochet hair and it smelled like a dead animal. I washed it in apple cider vinegar 4 times and it still smelled horrible. I finally got it crocheted in after I got the smell down and let me tell you it shedded and tangled up so bad. I couldn't take it because my head itched sooooo bad and the hair still had an odor. It was embarrassing going around people. I hate I wasted over $150.00. I took it out and I didn't even bother taking pictures or sending it back. I learned my lesson.
Very hard to contact customer service, need to hound them down to get a response. The delivery protection doesn't do anything, they will still find reason to not refund you if your package is lost. When or if you do get a hold of customer service they are dismissive and rude...But may English is not strong and there is miscommunication. Either way communication is terrible. Hair is not reusable and Hair tangles This us by far the worst company I have dealt with so far
The crochet hair I ordered was supposed to have been “human hair”. The hair sheds a lot and constantly tangles up. The hair irritates my scalp. There’s no way I was sold human hair. I bought 6 bundles and wished I never did. I wouldn’t refer this site to anyone. This site is misleading!!!
I have ordered more than once and was satisfied until I received what was supposed to be a human gaired wig. It was definitely not and the smell was an asthma trigger. Now I am questioning the authenticity of the previous products.
This hair is not what you see in the videos. It is very course and damaged hair. Spilt end and broken off at the hair shaft. I purchased the Afro Kinky Bulk and it was not worth the money I spent.
