I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered a perspex printed number 18 for my daughter. Paid AUD$50 not including delivery to receive a poorly cut piece of perspex, jagged edges, where the images printed on the reverse side were bright and clear. Unfortunately, the same images on the front were dull and blury. When I complained they firstly tried to blame me, then when I reiterated that the reverse side was much better quality images they offered me $10 refund because they claim it cost them $40 in materials!

Do not buy there!

Do not buy there!! I got scammed by them recently The pictures on their website for from reality, I dispute the charge by PayPal and they denied my case because (i just learned) the picture on their website does not have to match to the item they sell, if its similar thats enough. And they take advantage of this and sell you items that "similarly" looking like their example online

Incorrect name on item

The wrong name was put on my order and it took 6 weeks to arrive. They offered me a 30% refund or they would make a new one and I would have to pay the postage. So unless my niece would like to be called "Tilly" instead of "Holly" I just threw away $50!

Poor Quality Products not as Advertised

I ordered a gift for my partner that was advertised as 3D but came as a piece of flat cardboard. I had to provide a picture to be superimposed on the item and I ended up with some other persons face. Tried to get a refund through PayPal and PayPal found in the companies favour despite the above. Basically I blew $70 for something that is bound for the bin. Do not order from this company. They told me I should have read the fine print about the product!!!!

Be warned this is a rip off

I wish I had seen the reviews before purchasing.. school boy error. £35 for a 2D printed piece of Perspex which isn’t even the photo I sent. This was a gift and the order took over a month to come and is terrible I wish I could upload a photo to show how bad it is.

Buyer Beware - Do not purchase from this site or use Paypal!

Updated 21st Nov after they replied here! What a joke! NOW they communicate here saying send a photo and reply to them! HOW exactly? You have not responded to my mail sent or any notices sent via my PayPal dispute a week ago either! ALL links of contact via your website fail to open to enable your customers the chance to report any faults such as the item you sent me being unable to EVER tell the correct time. I love how they reply here to make themselves look good but actually offer no way of actually backing up their words into action to fix any issues. 21st November update.. I'll be back if anything else happens. The review notes here say be honest, helpful and constructive. Honestly, do not waste your time and money on this site. The products, whilst look great on their site, do not arrive looking anything like what you order. I purchased a personalized clock for my brother as a Christmas gift. The item that arrived it not what I ordered, clearly faulty with the hole for the clock mechanism too high up in the numbers so will never tell the time correctly, and as I paid via Paypal, thinking I was protected, I was so very wrong. Paypal favoured for this nightmare of a seller so now I have lost my money! The website links that say contact us open to a blank webpage, there is no way to report an issue at all and even when using the outlook email that paypal offered me within the dispute, which he replied to them to when I put my information in about this, this seller still has failed to respond to me personally on any level. This is a £45 lesson I will certainly learn from. Paypal offers us, the consumer, no protection at all. They claim their payments from your bank as a direct debit, thus meaning our banks cannot help us claim this back either.

Honestly the worst customer service I…

Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Swan gift has sent me a product which has a photograph of some random man (not the photo I uploaded on their website). I have spent hours emailing back and forth and they are still refusing to provide me with a refund.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! I am asking for refund now they are ignoring me! Wish I would have looked at these reviews before I ordered. Ordered October 10 with 3 day turnaround or so they said. Just received.

Zero starts is more of what they deserve. Merchandise is absolute junk. They show a nice picture of a 3D metal award. What they send is 2D garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

It’s a big SCAM shop, everyday they said the product is completed and delivered , but it’s a big lie!!!! Never experienced such a bad shooing experience!! Pls do not fall into this trap !!!!!

Don't do it!!

I sent a picture to have made into an award. It looked like it was 3D, it was actually 2D cardboard and the picture was nothing like my son. Swan did communicate and offer 25% off as I would have to send back to China. 25% off £36 for a piece of cardboard. Kicking myself!!!

Think before using this company.

I ordered this item on the 8th October, I had to email them on the 20th as I had not had any communication, I asked to cancel, because it had missed the birthday is was intended for, and within the space of 12 hours, it was in production and had been shipped, convenient! It arrived on the 30th, the product is poor quality, the picture looks nothing like the person it's intended for, it's incomplete and looks nothing like the online image they advertise. Trying to contact the company for a refund is like getting blood from a stone, they charged me £37 for the item and delivery, I have been told I am only entitled to a 30% refund. Lesson learned, I will not be using or recommending this company to anyone.

I ordered on October 5th for my wives…

I ordered on October 5th for my wives 30th birthday on October 29th. Swangift says 5-8 business days and that is a LIE. I have not received the gift, nor an email that it has even been shipped out! So when will I get this gift? When she turns 31? 32? 33? This is very unprofessional. Do not put 5-8 businesses days when EVERYONE is reporting it takes months. Now the special occasion you buy this gift for is gone… so whats the point of this gift now? And I did Email them. They have not responded. I will never order from this place again.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed. Took a very long time to arrive and made of thin, poor quality wood. The face created on the product looks nothing like my son’s photo. Too embarrassed to give to my son, therefore it will end up in the trash. Definitely not worth the money spent, and as a matter of fact not worth 1/8 of the price it cost.
