WattCycle is a true stand up company. I ordered a 24v 314Ah battery and had some issues that were of my own creation. The customer service support was fantastic. I work with some large machine companies here in the USA and they should model their service after WattCycle we all would be happier less stressed people if they did. I worked with Talia on my issues and worked our my issues with a very favorable solution. Thank you Talia for being a great customer service agent to work with. Now onto the battery. This battery is amazing. The build quality is far above what I was expecting in the throwaway society of today. It is actually a steel case and built very solid. The finish on the battery is superb you can tell this is a company that cares about the product they are putting out in the world for use and from the customer service side of things they care about their customers as well. Shipping was great as well. Two days and I had the battery I was expecting a week minimum but again they exceeded my expectations. I am extremely pleased with WattCycle and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs some high quality batteries that wants to get more than they are paying for. Again highly recommend WattCycle thank you so much.

Processing of 1st order was okay. One week later I decided to order a second set of batteries/inverter and found the batteries had been discontinued. I ordered different battery/ inverter(same) kit and it was split up into five separate shipments spread over a week and a half. Not a great start. Wiring on new batteries is different and the pigtails supplied are worthless. What has saved my opinion of the organization is the customer service, Justine in particular. The questions I have asked she answered very thoroughly and promptly. My confidence in the product has increased substantially because of Justine. I am still in the process of installation therefore I can't review the product itself. So in recap, shipping was so so, discontinuance of product disappointing but Justine in customer service saved the day. I will review again after installation.

I purchased a 48V 105AH Lithium Battety dor my Yamaha Golf Buggy. Worked brilliantly for first 48 hours then proceeded to trip & would not discharge under normal load/usage. While disappointed in the initial failure, I was very pleased with the prompt service response from Justine. Over several days attempted several troubleshooting steps, however they decided to replace the unit. Currently awaiting arrival of the replacement unit. Excellent after sales service. I recently purchased a battery from WattCycle for a solar project I am working on. Unfortunately, the original delivery process did not go smoothly and there were delays and issues with the shipment which became quite frustrating. However, I have to specifically recognise Mihel from the WattCycle Customer Service Team. Mihel was exceptional throughout the process. Communication was regular, professional and honest and most importantly, Mihel did what was promised and personally followed the issue through until it was resolved. My replacement battery arrived safely today. While the logistics experience could definitely have been better, Mihel completely changed my overall experience with WattCycle and restored my confidence in purchasing from them again. Problems can happen with any company. For me, the real test is how a company responds when something goes wrong and Mihel handled this extremely well. Thank you Mihel for the excellent service and for seeing it through to the end.

I had problems with the first battery and difficultity getting the correct return mailing label. Jennifer was a big help and I was finally able to return the defective battery. Her patience and her keeping me informed made all the difference.

Our 314Ah Mini Smart LiFeP04 battery in our truck camper worked great for our cross Canada trip this summer. Once we returned home, the camper sat for two weeks and the battery went into BMS mode and shut down the voltage. Upon consulting with Talia at WattCycle, she couriered me a replacement battery. All seems to be working fine now. Very pleased with the customer service of Talia and WattCycle. Thank you so much, Bill Lang

I have found WattCycle products to be of very good quality and of exceptional value. I currently have an offgrid supply of 16 x 314Ah in 48V configuration and an RV supply of 4 x 314Ah in 24V configuration.
