My first pair showed up missing the nose piece. I contacted customer service and have now years and they never got back to me.

I ordered progressive lenses in my opinion they were a little off as far as the reading area of the lens was up a little high but I figured it out, otherwise they are okay I would order again

Cute glasses, but the prescription is not quite right, i can wear them for a little bit but can't focus on close up things and the right eye is not the correct strength. I have single vision so it's not a bifocal thing. I probably won't buy again since both pair I bought have the same issue, and I was sure to enter all prescription details accurately.

Two of the pairs were perfect and spot on. But unfortunately the tint on the sunglasses was barely there and definitely pinch tight on my face. Cute but realistically won't wear them.

Where light, although reasonably priced, and has lots of styles to choose from, the amount of time between purchase, and receiving the glasses is just to long. I bought my glasses because mine broke, and I am wearing my back up glasses. Thank goodness I have a spare pair to wear because it has been 3 weeks, and still have not gotten my new pair. Amazon delivers next day, why do I have to wait so long???

I love most of the frames I got. However the prescription was totally wrong. I called to fix the problem and they would only replace one pair of glasses out of 3. When I received the pair of new glasses the prescription was wrong again.
The customer service was also terrible and almost seemed like a scam. They kept arguing and talking in circles. I thought I was going to have to report them. I probably still should seeing as they messed up 3 frames and then only offered to resend one. And only after many many infuriating emails demanding they fix the situation and customer service pretending that they don't understand.
