I placed an order on 1Outlets.com on November 27, 2024. After waiting for a long time without receiving the items, I submitted a refund request on February 19, 2025. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails, but the company has completely ignored my messages. It has been 2 months, and I have received neither the product nor the refund. Their customer service is unresponsive, and the refund process is non-existent. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. I strongly advise others to avoid this website. Based on my experience and similar stories from other customers, this site feels like a scam.

Total scam. Took my money. Canceled the orders again and again. They don't refund canceled orders. They keep the money and give you "credit" in this scam site but they cancel every order I made after the first one. After 4 canceled orders I demanded a refund. They pretended to agree, said will refund in 30 days but after 2 months still no refund!!!
“I ordered dog food back in October 2024. Was ready to wait a couple of months. In December received an email that the item is not available. They said that will refund and store credits. I did not agree to that and wrote a request to refund money back to my card. Since January they keep answering me that refund is being processed. Writing this review in April 2025. 6 months!!! All looks like scam! Going to write to Visa company and request them to get involved and do their own investigation
Tried ordering here 3 times. Only the first time spend a bit of money. 2nd and 3th time used thier "coupons' since my first delivery somehow got "stuck'. Never received anything. Communicated with their customer service endlessy, and they kept assuring me everything would be alright. 6 months down the line: zero!

They appear to have no intention to supply ordered goods. I ordered items, got intial delay emails, then further delay emails (over 2 months delay), and eventually a cancellation. They give instore credit refund which I used to make another purchase, exactly the same thing happened.

SCAM - made an order and told it was out of stock but I could have a store credit. So I ordered something else (order #1000325484) with the credit note. This was in June 2024, and still nothing received. Good reviews are obviously fake. SCAMMERS.
I would give them minus if I could and they need to be taken to task by a consumer protection agency. They have never delivered products and never refunded even after many email and phone promises… and now they won’t even respond and they owe $200 that I have been trying to get back well over 12 month.. Same as the other people in the comment section. No product received, requested a refund to my bank account and they have never proceeded my request. This is a TOTAL scam. They don't reply my emails and ignore them. I chased many many times and they just ignored all my emails. They should go bankrupt. A scam and avoid!
