i couldn't get my device to turn on. customer service contacted me the same day i emailed them. there was a bit of confusion but they never gave up. after two or three emails is became apparent what the issue was and the problem was solved. the product was well made, does what it says it would do and the customer service is excellent.

I had to get my package redelivered and I thought it would be a hassle like most stores with these sorts of products but unexpectedly they listen and respond. However, I feel like they need to respond within a shorter time frame but this can be influenced by many factors such as holidays and timezones all in all if I get my package quickly redelivered I have no complaints.

Great customer service very easy to work with. Actually speak with someone that is reasonable and able to ascertain what the issue is and resolve it. I bought a product and after a week a feature wasn't working. After demonstrating the issue a resolution was quicky determined and a happy customer.
