I had not received my order for over 4 weeks so I contacted them to get an update. There response was we don't have any in stock. Didn't even have the decency to let me know.
They offered me different products which I declined and I asked if I could get a different product. There response was we don't have that product in stock either and tried to get me to accept the products they initially offered me. So I asked for a refund or credit. Now they have stopped communicating with me. What a joke. I am not a one off customer. But upon notifying customer service of the situation with the package, they handled everything perfectly, from conducting the investigation to filing a claim.
