23 panels are up in the dance studio and are making a huge difference for the better! I would suggest that they could be making it more clear that the fabric will need to be attached, and about directions for how to do that. And also there were no directions with shipment about where to put the hardware on a 2' x 4' panel. I had to call to find out. I did not receive the correct hardware for the ceiling application I had ordered at first- and when they did send it it was without screws. The original shipment had 1/2 enough screws for what I needed. I had easy access at home for the extra that I needed- so I didn't want to deal with calling them on that and waiting for them to ship more. The company has some details not being attended to, but I love the end product.
Include size of viewing area in product description.
It may be nice to include the actual viewing area size. I ordered a 24 x 36 window, but that included the frame. The viewing area is roughly 20 x 32. I may have gone a size up if knowing that.
This is the 2nd time I buy acoustic panels from Acoustimac. My shopping experience (from the website purchase to delivery) was aligned with my expectations. Thanks!
The salesman I spoke with helped me make the right decision and helped me place my order with ease. My items arrived in just a few days and the acoustic traps I made with the 703 Owens Corning made the biggest difference in my studio. Money well spent. Thank You
DMD Material is excellent quality. Very stretchy material but rigid. Color is vibrant. Has a luxury professional feel and look. Don't waste time on burlak, this is the real deal. Wife approved as well. Will buy more.
Con: Shipping cost. Would like to see some free shipping options on some items or price point.
Justin was great to deal with. The product did more than I was expecting in the project. For this project we started with some panels on the ceiling and I can't wait to add panels to the wall.
I received my bass trap in time. It was very nice and professionally made. Quality product at a reasonable price. I will definitely buy more stuff soon.
Extremely satisfied. Installation was so easy! It greatly diminished the echo we had in our vaulted open concept living area. We had 3 panels made from one of the abstract options. Each panel is 6' x 3' and they did a great job! Solved the echo and it's beautiful to look at!
My Review has noticed a couple of things that I would bring to your attention
1)production/shipping time - long
2) see if you can find better color match for internet- colors hard to discern - fortunately colors were close enough
thanks for great service
