Great service from Wendi in the Gadsden…

Great service from Wendi in the Gadsden office who has been checking in on me about every two weeks. Very personal service from her. You can tell she really cares about her clients. I am new to this company, but all ready extremely pleased with the service of getting my oxygen equipment approved and delivered within less than 24 hours. Unbelieveable!!!! The service from those on the phone has been great too. I can understand them. They do not talk with an accent that I can not understand. Thank you for that!!!! My deliver came even though it was after hours to make sure I had my equipment before I traveled. It was extremely hot, but he never complained. Just the best service!!! Can not thank your team enough!!!

Tommy was very polite and took the time to explain the bed. Explained if we had a problem we could call 24 hrs a day. Gave me some advice on the wiring to my swing down chair in my van to get the cut wire fix. Very wonderful man!

My experience with AdaptHealth has been extremely frustrating due to poor communication. I had to make multiple phone calls this morning just to find out when my scheduled delivery would arrive. Initially, I was told I had "just been added to the delivery list this morning," even though my delivery had already been scheduled for today. That explanation simply didn't make sense. I was then given a delivery window of 3:00–6:00 p.m. After I expressed how disappointed I was and said I intended to leave a negative review, the delivery window suddenly changed to 12:00–2:00 p.m. Unfortunately, that felt more like an attempt to appease me than an accurate update, because my delivery still had not arrived. Reliable communication and honest, consistent information are important, especially when customers are waiting on medical equipment. I hope AdaptHealth improves its communication and provides more accurate delivery updates so other customers don't have the same experience

The doctor ordered a hoyer lift for my mom we were never shown how to use it after called g several time so we gave up. No return calls. My mom goes back into the hospital and now that she is bedridden they ordered a Barton chair for my mom they said the can’t deliver it because we got a wheelchair over 4 years ago. This company have told me it was being delivered today they make up so many excuses and it so sad that my is in hospice care and I can’t get the proper equipment that we need to care for her. They give you every excuse possible and bad customer service. I have been dealing with this since my mom was in the hospital and now that she is home still no chair because it’s a joke to them and they don’t care what we go through they are so unprofessional one customer service rep ask if I was using the equipment for myself. Then I call today and all of a sudden she couldn’t hear me on the phone. So sad that we are dealing with my mom decline and can’t get anyone to help us

My experience with Adapt Health was wonderful they called me to schedule a delivery date, when the driver got to my home he called to make sure someone was home to receive my machine.

Do not use AdaptHealth for your loved ones needs. My child doctor wrote an order 5 weeks ago to change her enteral feeds. Her doctor has filled out several forms and its Always an issue. Ive requested a call from manager multiple times and no one calls back. Its a nightmare, we ended up switching companies because of the headache.

This was my first time using AdaptHealth. As a patient's daughter, I requested the pickup of the oxygen tanks we used after my father's post-surgery discharge, as his oxygen saturation was low. While we will be using a different company to provide the remaining tanks and the bedside oxygen concentrator for his sleep until his doctor's appointment next week—meaning this was our first and last time using your service—I wanted to express my sincere gratitude. Both the customer service representatives and the delivery staff who handled the pickup were kind, prompt, and efficient. The only minor drawback compared to other companies was that it took a bit longer to connect with customer service by phone. Other than that, everything was truly wonderful. Thank you all once again!

Their ordering and billing system is horrible. I mailed them a payment and then got the same bill say they were sending me to collections.

The tech came on a Sunday afternoon. Explained how to use the O2 machine. I was able to be released that day from the hospital
