The akimbo card is easy to access once you create an account . I did get in touch with customer service and they did get back to me even though they weren’t able to resolve my issues .

I had some initial difficulties using the website. I had no success with receiving a check or transferring money to my PayPal. After waiting a little while to receive check and realizing that it was not coming I had better success on the website by using the virtual credit card version
