Initially the card did not work. We reported to CS. The second card did not work but after we spoke with CS, the rep gave us a third card to try, and it worked.

It worked well when I could access the portal to transfer it to my bank. I loved that I had the option to do that. However, I didn't love that it was so hard for me to get into the portal and I had to call customer service.
