I subscribed by mistake, and then forgot about it. They charged another $99.99 to my credit card without notifying me first. They are supposed to let you know before a recurring charge is made.
The product is very low quality and certainly not worth the price of a subscription. They make it difficult to cancel.
You can make better quality animations and videos at much lower prices from many other companies.
I have requested a refund for the unauthorized charge, and have cancelled my useless subscription.

Update:
They responded my saying I couldn't have a refund because blah blah blah. I said that wasn't right and asked for a refund. I got an offer for a 25% refund. I said no, and got an offer for a 50% refund. All their emails were coming from a "Virtual AI Assistant" - a chatbot. I suggested that it skip the script and just offer me a full refund, and it did. So I'm now waiting for the refund to appear on my credit card transactions.

Was beautiful to see my grans picture restored and like new she was born 1899 so this would probably been 1920 maybe ish thankyou so much i absolutely love ❤️ it xx

I have enjoyed putting movement to some pictures. The first attempt didn't really work, the second one brought tears to my eyes, and the third made me laugh!

This company has done a pretty good job and bringing a little life into some still photos. It's bittersweet to watch those who have gone before us seemingly alive and well and happy as they once were. It's a nice memory, a great idea.

I took an old black and white photo of my dad, uncle and grandfather and used Alivemoment to colorize it and restore it to a crisper, clearer picture. The result was very good.

Excuse me whilst I wipe my eyes...Someone around here is cutting onions. My dear father passed away when I was 12, I am 63 now. So as soon as I saw him turn his head and smile, the tears instantly fell and all I could say was "daddy". I am so pleased...cant wait to share this with my brother & sister.

This started out as a damaged 75 year old "Black and White" image. I cleaned it up; moved it to my desk top and brought it back into AIlive moment and had it do an animation. So much better than I expected.
