My 1st try didn't come out like I wanted, so I tried a second time and really enjoyed it. I really think it depends on what photo you pick. I will be choosing more photos that show entire bodies and not just the face.

Credits expire without exception

I am giving a 2 star review because of their policy. The photo enhancements are quite good and I did enjoy the service. My complaint is that credits expire and there is no reminder email. Customer service will not bend on their policy and I have lost 31 credits (approximately $40 or more) that expired. Very disappointing. Be aware before you sign up for this service. There are better ones out there as I am now discovering.

Amazing tool to bring old photos back to life!Review:I am really impressed with this website. It is incredibly easy to use and the results are amazing. Bringing old family photos back to life feels like magic! The referral system is also a great bonus to get free credits. Highly recommended!

Great Product; Great Customer Service.

I purchased the product/service online; it exceeded my expectations. I needed some restored pictures for a 54-year Reunion and the results were prefect. I had an issue with billing which I presented to Customer Service and it was RESOLVED in one day!

Avoid these CROOKS

Avoid these CROOKS! Seriously that is what they are. They provide a TRIAL run and this is cool. ( be warned They have a weird pricing system made up by inmates of Rykers Island) In any event I loved the sample .Then the madness began. I got charged $200. For what? I thought I just got a sample. And the sample itself DISAPPEARED! * weird pricing * vague instructions * unapproved billing Avoid.

I selected an offer for a trial…

I selected an offer for a trial subscription of $0.99 for one month and I my credit card was billed $27.45. I then sent a request for cancellation, the web showed my subscription was cancelled and no refund came. Beware that this is a Cyprus based company. IT'S GETTING WORSE: I am unable to contact with the link provided in the reply to request a refund. But I get a message that says "OOPS! your email is not recognized. My email may not be recognized but the charge is still there in spite of cancellation. Please beware. Fortunately, I bank with Chase and they are good at removing fraudulent charges.
