This company is out of China. The sweater I ordered is not what I received. They offered a discount coupon for a future order. A return is at the expense of the buyer even though it was clearly their error. The cost to return the product would be more than what I paid for the product back to China. This is nothing more than a bait and switch operation. Stay away!! This experience has clearly opened my eyes about unknown companies selling on social media such as Facebook.

No point dealing with customer service all they do is wish you a happy life. After they have conned you out of your hard earned money. Ordered a wool hoodie. Took 5 weeks to even ship it. Upon arrival, its not wool and is a badly printed nylon that's very thin and poor quality. Extremely misleading from the picture. Also, should have been size medium, absolutely no chance, it's way to small and doesn't fit. Sent a email to customer service about a refund, not heard a thing off them THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Do not buy from them
