Terrible! DO NOT ORDER Wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered. Item ordered was not what I received. Description and picture on website was nothing like what I received. Took ages for them to reply to my refund request and all I was offered was a 20% discount off next order and keep the item! Item was a gift which I will not be giving. Item going straight in the bin and lesson learned.

I ordered a shirt in November and it’s now January and still haven’t arrived.It was a Christmas gift for my wife. What ever you do please don’t buy from this scammer. After a couple of emails they responded and told me to go to the post office and get some verification .that the package was never delivered.

Total scam. Zero customer service
I ordered in November for Christmas. I have reached out over 5 times and received the same response starting with "Dear, your items have shipped", with no expected date. These were Christmas gifts. Shipping hasn't updated in 7 days. I have no choice but to dispute the charge and get my money back. Charged and no items received. Total scam. No customer service
