After a lengthy battle with the representatives of artssus.com and allowing them time as requested to carry out a thorough internal investigation relating to how we were provided with seriously inferior-quality garments and apparel, we were finally offered a 20% discount, on any future purchases made with them.
After wasting £173.78 on clothing items that would fail to sell in our local charity-shop; we have been informed that we would have to return the package to China.
Why should we have to return these items to China, when the company is registered upon Companies House as being based in London?

Please avoid. Products are of poor quality and refund/ exchange promises are worthless. I wish I had read reviews, before I decided to buy 3 so-called knitted jumpers, which were actually sweatshirts. I am waiting for a refund, which I doubt will arrive.

Finally received our order yesterday and after looking at the images of what we were offered online; we can honestly say that we were waiting for these items eagerly.
As soon as they arrived, we noticed that something was incorrect, by the size of the unopened bag; in which they were delivered.
Within our order, we had placed purchased three Ladies Chunky-Knit cardigans and three Men’s heavy thick hooded sweaters, along with three other things and a final cost of £173.78.
From looking at the alleged quality of the garments on-line; we felt it highly unlikely that the size of the package could have contained two of the items as depicted and described, let alone six plus other items.
Upon opening the package, we quickly found why it seemed to be so small in size, as the heavy-knitted garments we had been shown, were nothing more thin cheap, thin “knock-offs”, which were in no way anything similar to what we had seen upon their website.
The three Ladies Chunky-Knit Cardigans were absolutely nothing like the images shown on their website and we can only describe them as “SERIOUSLY INFERIOR”. Far thinner than they seemed on-line and more machine-processed from recycled plastics than knitted. They are of such poor quality that my wife has not even removed them from their individual packaging; before requesting that we apply for a return and full refund. One of these was not even in the colour or design that she had ordered.
The three Men’s heavy, thick hooded sweaters, also bear absolutely no resemblance to the product images on-line. On-screen they appear to be thick, heavily knitted garments but the actual items; better resembles the thin hooded jackets that gangs of youths wear out around the town – “DISFRACEFUL”.
One of the other items ordered was a Men’s graphic T-shirt, which was identifiable through the “SKU”-number”. The T-shirt that we received was completely different to the one ordered, the “SKU-number” was wrong, as was the colour and the size making it too small to wear.
The final item was a small purse that my wife had ordered and this item was so small within the package, that it has yet to be found. (MISSING FROM ORDER OR NOT INCLIDED PRIOR TO PACKAGING AND SHIPPING)
I can honestly state that this has been one of the most distressing on-line shopping events that I have ever encountered and I only wish that I had taken the time to look upon Trust-Pilot, before “throwing” our money away.
There seems to be a number of sites and companies on-line; that are associated with this “organisation” and I can only assume that they all provide the same despicable levels of service.
I feel that our moneys are lost to us and we are now stuck with these inferior-quality items.

I ordered 3 shirts for my stepson. I was happy with so many Viking style shirts to choose from. But when I received them, I was very disappointed. I can't even give them to him for his upcoming birthday. The materials are cheap and the items are not as pictured. I showed them to him and he said send them back, I won't wear them! I have reached out to the company and am waiting to hear back from them. For example, the picture shows a heavy Viking hooded sweater, but I got a hooded shirt with a print of a sweater on it. The Henley shirt material is polyester, it looks like a women's pajama top. I have not received the tee shirt yet, so I am waiting to see what it looks like. I do not have high hopes at this point.

Complete fraud! I ordered what was supposed to be a chunky jaquard Viking sweater. What I received was what appears to be made of some kind of polyester housecoat. It is not chunky at all. In fact it's not even a sweater. It is printed polyester, I think. There's no tag stating what it's made of or washing instructions. It's made in China and that's where it shipped from. If it was possible I would return it. Don't waste your money. I have included a picture. It does fit well but the zipper is on the wrong side. I'm going to wash it first just in case. This also took over a month to arrive. After reading the other reviews about this company I reported them to ReportFraud.ftc.gov . . They messed with the wrong US veteran. I know how to take care of them. Please be warned and don't get scammed by this company. The process to take them down takes time so they will strike again before they are stopped. Then they'll change their name and try again.
If there was no star that’s what it would be, recently ordered chunky vicking style jumper , what I received was a cheap nylon sweat top worth about £2.00 if that I think the packet it came in cost more. Stay well away from this supposed company they are a disgrace and another two be aware of it comes out of China. The print on the top was cheap and nothing like the design on there product advertised. DONT BOTHER TO DEAL WITH THESE CHEATS. ONE WORD FOR THEM IS ARSHOLES.
