This company is a scam!!! I ordered a sweater with an embroidered dog on it, and I received a cheap sweatshirt with a screen print cartoon of the dog on it. When I reached out to Customer Care and quoted their return policy, I’ve been getting the runaround for about 10 days now and they keep offering me a percentage off. I do not want a discount. I want my money back.. I got a response that stated that shipping charges are high. Please take an additional discount. I do not want another product from this company that does not deliver What was advertised or promised on their site I want a refund and I am getting the runaround from this dump of a company

Their Ad for the item I bought said "KNIT SWEATER"! The Sheltie on the front was 3D, in that it had fluffy hair as part of the picture of the dog. The THING I got was NOT a SWEATER, but was made of some kind of Ugly Nylon fabric, lined with some other kind of stuff. This item is NOT WHAT WAS DESCRIBED OR ADVERTISED and is PURE JUNK!! I will never wear it. Plus I ordered a Women's XL, and the item is massively Huge....likely a Man's XXXL....I WANT A FULL REFUND!! I am so upset to be cheated like this!!!! It has ruined my Christmas!!

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Like other reviews, I had ordered a KNIT sweater for my daughter for Christmas. What a kick in the bum when I received the most rubbish polyester thing, which will definitely not be gifted to my daughter. And like the other reviews, I was offered 15% then 20% discount after I refused the first offer, and then the 2nd and keep getting told they have referred my complaint to a different department. I am not giving up though. I want my money back at the very least, or I will be taking further action. Do not shop at this Scam of a company unless you want to be disappointed! Disgraceful!!!

I recently purchased three items from your company, but I only received two. Additionally, one of the items I did receive was not as advertised. The product image showed a sweater, but the item that arrived was made of cheap polyester, not matching the description or the picture. I reached out to request a refund, but was only offered a 15% discount on my next purchase. I informed your team that I would not be purchasing from your company again due to the misleading product images. I also notified them that I never received one of the items I ordered. In response, I was offered a 20% discount on my next purchase, which I again declined, reiterating that I would not be buying from your store in the future because your products are not as advertised, and I am still missing an item that I paid for. At this point, I feel as though my money has been taken without delivering what was promised. I was told my complaint would be forwarded to another department and that someone would follow up, but I have not heard anything further. Such a disappointment! Ordered two sweaters using the measurements on the site. Expected sweater material as the picture shows, but what came was a printed polyester. Both were far too small and the buttons would not go through the button holes. Asked about returning the garments but was told it would be too difficult and would take too long. All that was offered was a 20% discount on another purchase. After reading other reviews it would appear that many other people have had the same sort of experience. Wish I had read them before purchasing. Never again!

I ordered a sweater and think sent me a sweatshirt material. It had the dogs on it but the material and clothing was nothing like the picture and advertisement. It is a scam I would not buy from this company. They put up a pretty picture and then send you a poor cheap quality item. They absolutely know they are not sending the same thing as in the picture. It isn't even close and they shouldn't be allowed to continue to get away with it.

I ordered 2 item, one a blouse, I am a 2XL. I received a strange garment that looked like a dress, size small and the fabric was a cheap polyester.the screen print was nice. 2nd item was supposed to be a lacy sweater size 2XL. I received White cardigan with embossed stitching. Fit is good but on front there are red ink marks indicating button placement. There is no packing slip included. I have filled out there “return”information but don’t expect much. 😝😝😝
