Decent shirts for the price, horrible return/exchange policy

These shirts are reasonably priced for the quality of the product you receive. But be sure to only order what you want/need. There is apparently no way to return a shirt without shipping it yourself to China. For me, I couldn't even ship the package for less than the original order total. Upon contacting customer service, and after over a week of emailing back and forth, I was offered a 40% refund. When I finally agreed, I only received a 30% refund because I only wanted to return 3 of the 4 shirts I ordered, this aspect was not made clear to me at any point before receiving the refund. At this point I gave up negotiations and just took the 30% because any further efforts felt futile.

I agree with the negative reviews of this company. They are based in China with no ties outside the country. I recently ordered multiple shirts, keeping the option open to return ones I didn't like. I expected a full refund as clearly stated in their return policy. I was given the runaround (like others who posted here) when trying to return. They treated it like a negotiation. It was extremely frustrating. This was the last offer - all over email. "In addition, considering the costs of your return, we are willing to provide you with other solutions for your choice, only hope that you can be satisfied: 1. You can change to any other 6 short-sleeved shirts, we'll send them to you for free, and you can also keep the received order. 2. Give you a 50% partial refund of 12 shirts, you can still keep the shirts you received, or consider giving them to a suitable or favorite friend." I repeatedly said, no, I would like a full refund. Only after the 3rd set of negotiations did they provide a return address. This was the return address provided: 1st Floor, No. 201, Zhucun Avenue West, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, China Postal code 511300 Mr. Wu When asked for a first name to complete the customs form, I was not given one. Only the vague name "Mr. Wu." Also a final attempt at a negotiated return: "Hello, you can make the return with this name successfully: Mr. Wu Business Name: Atlanl By the way, we are willing to provide a 60% refund of the 12 shirts if you keep them, or resend 8 new shirts for free, thank you." Shipment to China wasn't cheap, but it made sense for me since I was returning 12 shirts. The package was held in Chinese customs for multiple weeks (which was expected) then finally arrived back to Los Angeles almost 2 months later with a check mark in the "unknown" box by Chinese customs agents. I did forget to mention earlier that Atlanl did provide me with 50% of the return after I shipped out the package. This played into my belief that the company was at least trying to do the right thing. Here's what they said when asked if they had any information about the returned package: "Sorry, we don't know about the return parcel informaton and don't know why the parcel returned to you, have you consulted the customs for the reason? We have already refund you partial USD166.34 to you on June 11 as a compensation, in order to avoid you return the parcel again and twice the shipping cost, could you keep the parcel? Thanks." All in all, don't expect to return any items successfully. And don't be fooled by the email customer service pretending to help. Regarding the quality of the shirts, they aren't necessarily bad, but they are very thin and do shrink a lot. I would rate a 6/10. For the price, I guess it's par for the course, but I expected more in quality and service. If you are looking for cheap shirts, and won't be returning, have a go - but beware.

Poor quality, poor return process.

This company doesn't have good quality shirts;the pictures are doctored to look better than the fabric is. Low quality feel, look, no stretch. They get shipped from China so when you want to return them, they tell you costs are too high for you as the consumer. Then they offer you more shirts at a discount, or only a partial refund of your original order. Don't get tricked like I did. The first time I washed a shirt, it bled out because of poor quality. I would not recommend this company.

The shirt we ordered was mediocre and their return policy is terrible. They give you a very hard time and offer you low ball offers instead of returning your item. Make sure you are getting exactly what you want and need before purchasing.

Don't trust this company!!!

I had high hopes about Atlani's all-cotton shirts, and I was completely disappointed. The fabric was ultra-thin and the measurements/sizes that they listed were all wrong for me. Worst of all was my return experience. Atlani tried to get me to order more shirts at a reduced price or to accept a partial refund. Or they said, I could mail back the shirts to China at an address provided in an email (no label). After several negotiations, they were willing to refund me 55% of the purchase. What a scam!!!

Cool shirts, long delivery time

Fun, unique shirts but the delivery time was very long and probably released a lot of CO2 emissions so wouldn’t order again. But great customer service and nice shirts.

Scam

Please be aware. This company is a scam. I purchase a few shirts. I didn't get a receipt so I contacted them. I was told to look in my spam box. It wasn't there. I asked where are the items. No one responded. But they did bill my account. No shirts or refunds. Stay away from Atlanl.com

BUYERS BEWARE! No returns.

Emailed them to return and they sent an email back telling me to wash and dry so they can shrink, I want to return since the sizing is way off and the quality is not the best, also the shopping takes long because it comes from China which I didn’t know, I needed them for a trip and another order is out of the question as they wouldn’t arrive on time. Now they have not responded in over 72 hours with return instructions so next step is disputing with credit card.

Problem with Return/Exchange/Refund

I bought more than 10 shirts and I need to return some due to size issues. A medium in one shirt is different in fitting than a medium in a different shirt. There does not seem to be a return/refund/exchange policy listed on the website other than sending emails to an email address which I have done but no response. There is also no customer service number to call. On Facebook Messenger, I tried reaching out to someone but as soon as I mentioned I need to return something the person stopped responding.

Size measurements are not as described

I ordered 3 medium sized shirts, all of which were described as the same measurements. Only 1 fitted correctly, the other two fitted much smaller, and were un-wearable

Received my 4 shirts i ordered. Very pleased. Wife liked them. Lightweight material for the summer. Goes good with shorts and jeans. Surprisingly it didn't take as long as expected. Very satisfied. Tracking was different but managed. Will definitely order again.

Buyer Beware - Awful

This site looks like you are shopping from a US store, but the items ship from China, the fabric is thin, cheap and they do not fit as shown in pictures. I ordered M and they fit like a huge potato sack. I asked to return and they gave me a run around. I took it to PayPal on a dispute and PP said they don't get in the middle of debates over quality and sizing, only if it never arrived, so next step is a claim with my CC. BUYER BEWARE.

Chinese company with very poor quality shirts

First of all, this is a Chinese company. The shirts will ship directly from China via DHL. The prices are seemingly attractive but the quality of the clothing is terrible. The shirts are of poor quality. They do not use pre-shrunk fabric. Once you wash the shirt (without even using a dryer), it will shrink two sizes. It went from China straight to my garbage bin. Waste of money. Such a shame.

I ordered a Christmas shirt

I ordered a Christmas shirt. Was guaranteed to arrive by 12/16. Never received it. Emailed and got a response stating that it was due to the pandemic and the postal service, but that I would have it in 3 days. Still never arrived. Contacted them again. They stated it was due to the post office and that they were "sure Id really love the shirt once its received". I explained that the shirt is useless after Christmas. They refuse to give a refund. I had to dispute through my credit card company. I would WARN everyone to STAY AWAY
