⚠️ EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE — DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I had an absolutely horrible experience with Atlys. In my opinion, this company’s service was extremely unprofessional, careless, and completely unacceptable. I applied for my visa through Atlys, paid their fees, and submitted all the required documents. My case was strong, with a good travel history, sufficient bank balance, and a previous Schengen visa. Despite this, Atlys showed absolutely no responsibility or professionalism in handling my application. After submitting my documents and paying their fees, nobody bothered to contact me or provide any proper update. I repeatedly tried calling them to check the status, but there was no proper response. I was told that I would receive my final documents 48 hours before my appointment, which I was supposed to print and take to the visa office, along with paying the embassy fee. However, I DID NOT RECEIVE THE DOCUMENTS UNTIL THE LAST DAY. I tried calling them more than 10 times, but nobody answered. There was no proper communication, no update, and absolutely no sense of urgency from their side. I was left completely helpless at the most critical stage of my visa application. Finally, after repeated attempts and a heated conversation, one agent finally answered and sent the documents to me by email. And when I finally received the file, I was SHOCKED. The application file was extremely poorly prepared. Important information appeared to be missing or incorrectly presented, and the entire file looked completely unprofessional. I had provided genuine documents and had a strong travel profile, but the way my application was prepared made it look as if someone had put the file together at the last minute without properly checking anything. I PAID FOR A PROFESSIONAL VISA SERVICE — NOT FOR THIS KIND OF CARELESSNESS. My visa was ultimately rejected, and while I understand that the final visa decision is made by the embassy, I strongly believe that the poor handling, lack of communication, delayed documentation, and unacceptable quality of the application preparation seriously affected my experience and confidence in the process. The most frustrating part is that after taking my money, they completely disappeared when I actually needed their help. This is one of the worst customer-service experiences I have ever had. 🚨 MY STRONG ADVICE: THINK TWICE BEFORE USING ATLYS FOR YOUR VISA APPLICATION. If you are trusting a company with an important visa application, your money, your documents, and your travel plans, you expect professionalism, timely communication, and attention to detail. My experience with Atlys was the complete opposite. VERY DISAPPOINTING. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE PAYING THEM FOR THEIR SERVICES.

Nice. Being a traveller i came across to some loopholes in the process.. however i loved it ...the way they reacted and fixed the issue. Specially their customer care executives sujal and miss verma who handled my issue .. good job . You got my trust back . Kudos to atlys.

The service quality

The service quality, patience, cooperation and above all the willingness and the speed with which the issue was sorted out by Ms. Monika cannot be narrated with just the word "Great" because it is really exemplary and soothing to any customer. Such positive and submissive attitude deserves A Salute. God bless her. Such officials are really an Asset to any organisation. This kind of an approach will definitely uplift the image and reputation of the organisation to which she is attached with as a whole. She asked for 24 hrs for resolution but gave solutionin less than 10 minutes. Wow. Kudos !!
