Absolutely the worst visa service I’ve ever used. I paid CAD $449.76 on 22/06/2026 for my Canada-to-UK visitor visa application, and it’s been nothing but endless back and forth. I repeatedly uploaded the passport pages they requested, but their app wouldn’t accept them. Instead of fixing the problem, support kept asking me to upload the same documents over and over. Their customer service is a joke. Every time I contacted them, it seemed like they had no idea what had happened before. There was zero coordination or continuity. When I asked for a refund because of their poor service, they refused and would only offer credits. All the 5 stars ratings are from their own cronies. Not real . Horrible people !! In my opinion, this service is completely unfit for purpose. They should either fix it properly or shut it down. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

It was an outstanding experience with Ms. Priya Chauhan of Atlys, throughout the US visa application process for my daughter. US visa application and scheduling can be quite complex and stressful, especially in the last couple of years, that too while working on a timebound schedule! I had a bad experience with Atlys, in list of documents they didn't mention photograph which was needed. This created a lot of trouble for me, also they gave me wrong dayed documents and refused to cjange the dates even after multiple followup
