Customers frequently mention that online ordering is completely convenient, noting that products consistently arrive securely packaged, in pristine condition, and fully protected for safe delivery. Consumers also appreciate the extensive selection of available hobby items, alongside reliable communication and helpful support whenever minor order adjustments are necessary. However, some customers also noted that standard shipping times can occasionally be quite slow and orders get delayed without prior notice. A few other people also felt that certain specialized hobby kits and extra delivery fees are a little bit pricey overall.

And the newly tooled release' s are alsome.keep up the excellent work. But kits are a bit pricey , but the tradition in my heart is well worth any price.

It would be a higher rating

It would be a higher rating, but shipping costs as well as regular prices are a bit high. The sales are great and I have taken advantage of them especially with the free shipping over $50 (which is very good). I only purchase model car kits and what is kind of frustrating is that I live about 5 miles from your facility and cannot pick up orders to avoid shipping costs. It doesn’t make sense to buy a model for $30+ and then pay another $9 to wait for it to ship across town.
