Reviewers overwhelmingly had a truly great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that online ordering is completely convenient, noting that products consistently arrive securely packaged, in pristine condition, and fully protected for safe delivery. Consumers also appreciate the extensive selection of available hobby items, alongside reliable communication and helpful support whenever minor order adjustments are necessary. However, some customers also noted that standard shipping times can occasionally be quite slow and orders get delayed without prior notice. A few other people also felt that certain specialized hobby kits and extra delivery fees are a little bit pricey overall.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I bought three cars from you super threes two one runs backwards. One does not run at all and one will make it around the track I have called but you guys never return your calls. Maybe I’ll just stick to running my cars from the 1960s.
The service was fast and accurate. The ordering process was straightforward and easy to navigate. Simply the best around! I know I can trust the amazing staff at the Auto World Store!
Everything arrived as ordered, happy!
