I’m debating from buying at AW again

I am a frequent customer who purchases from your store often, but I have some concerns regarding my experiences. First, the shipping process is very slow. Additionally, I have bought multiple sealed cases and many individual diecast models from Auto World, but I have never received a chase car. I wanted to share this feedback regarding your shipping times and product distribution.

Great value - SLOW shipping

The items were just as described. The purchasing portion was easy. The shipping portion though is very SLOW.

I didn't receive all items I ordered

I didn't receive all the items in my order and was never followed up with after both an email and phone call. I will never trust purchasing from this site again no matter how good the deal is. You can't easily contact anyone and apparently no one checks the voicemail. Zero stars as far as I'm concerned. But you won't get me for another dime again.

Received product promptly
