Customers frequently mention that online ordering is completely convenient, noting that products consistently arrive securely packaged, in pristine condition, and fully protected for safe delivery. Consumers also appreciate the extensive selection of available hobby items, alongside reliable communication and helpful support whenever minor order adjustments are necessary. However, some customers also noted that standard shipping times can occasionally be quite slow and orders get delayed without prior notice. I love auto world store, so many awesome things to choose from.
I returned your package
I returned your package, but you haven’t responded to my email or my phone calls yet about you. Keep sending me bills on the package for the product that I haven’t purchased so that’s why I’m giving you a one star I’d give you zero stars, but it won’t let me.
Love buying my collectibles from them
Love buying my collectibles from them, love the coupons too!!😁😉
Took forever to receive
The models themselves were fine, but waiting 11 days for delivery wasn't. It took 4 days to ship from warehouse or wherever and another 7 to my front door. With service that slow I probably won't order from there again.
Product well packed
Product well packed. In good condition.
Super Slow Shipping
I enjoy getting the models from here however, their shipping is beyond slow. It takes them forever to get something out. I'd probably spend more money with these guys if they would get their people to process the orders quicker. Otherwise, I'm happy with the product.
