I found this company through Pinterest. After I read the reviews I was rather hesitant to order my dress. It's actually not a wedding dress but a bridesmaid dress as I'm having a very simple small wedding. I didn't realize that this company copies dresses from designers. From the day I ordered the dress to the day I received it was 7 days. So it was very fast considering shipping is free. There are a few things that I was disappointed with. The quality of material is quite poor and I guess it mostly looks like the dress in the picture. If I were ordering this dress for bridesmaids I would have been extremely disappointed. The dress I got is very casual compared to the dress in the picture. It works out for me since I'm having a simple wedding in the park. I don't think I would trust this company to make a dress for a fancier occasion. I paid $139 so I guess you get what you pay for.
I just wanted to send my thank yous to all that worked on my dress. It came out perfectly and I loved it! I apologize, I seen bad reviews and it lead me to think otherwise.
I ordered my daughter a dress from this website, it took them a really long time to get the dress to me. After several emails back and forth with Cecilia, she let me know that the dress had been shipped. I got the dress 2 days before my daughter's special occasion. Much to my surprise the dress had discolored stains running down the front of the dress and the dress wasn't even made like the same style that we thought we were getting when we ordered it from the website. The dress was suppose to have a cut out back and it didn't have that either. I have sent several emails regarding the dress and they refuse to give me a refund on the dress because the dress is no use to them. Well guess what the dress is NO use to us either. She told me that the dress could still be worn. I beg your pardon I refuse to let my daughter wear a dress that has stains down the front. We were lucky enough to go to a dress shop close to us and was able to find a dress in her size to wear. I highly recommend NOT to ever order from this website. It is a waste of your time and money. Very disappointed in their services.
I was worried about my dress because I seen the reviews of others, but it was a 50/50 chance . So I went on in order it . I Love my dress came out the same way . They have very fast communication too . They replied too all of my emails . I recommend this website to others
Please don't buy anything they are totally fake a bought a dress from this company and they send me a totally different dress and was rip everywhe I'm so mad I spend 200.00$ on it.
The dress they sent me was NOT the same dress from the picture. It was cheaply made and the color was off. Imagine a red sack with a gold costume looking waist band. My prom dress should not make me look like Wonder Woman. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE! YOU WILL BE VERY DISSAPOINTED!
So I order a dress a month ago, and my estimated delivery date was too far away so I ordered rushed shipping with the guarantee that my dress would be here in time. Now they're saying that they wouldn't be shipping my dress out until a day before my prom. I'm 3 days away from prom without a dress. Thanks
I ordered a dress for my prom and whilst waiting for it I emailed back and forth with their representative, Cecilia, who answered any questions I had. However when in received the dress it was disastrous. It didn't fit right at all despite me sending them my exact measurements, the zip was sewn on the wrong way round so that it could only be zipped from the inside, the seams were messy, the lining had been sewn on with red thred (which could be seen as the dress is white) and their were small brown stains on it.
I emailed them back straight away asking for a refund and they've not got back to me yet.
After email the company worried regarding the time frame I had for the delivery of this dress, I got a reply within a few days even though it was chinese new year and they made every effort to ensure I got it on time. The dress has arrived 2 wks early and it is beautiful, well made, fully lined, good quality materials, care labels etc. As UK buyer I knew to order a size bigger and as they are copies I knew not to expect the exact dress But I'm thrilled with my dress and I will be back again.
this was by far the worst seller I have ever purchased from. I ordered a bridesmaids dress, the quality was awful and the color was not even close to what I selected from their color chart. they refused to give me a refund. I had to open a dispute to get my money back and then they bribed be with a portion of the refund if I leave them a good review. they are very unethical, dishonest, and have very poor quality dresses. save your money and do not buy from them!!
WE have had the worst experience ever with this company. We ordered the wedding dress nearly a year ago, what we rec'd was nothing like the photograph. The quality was unacceptable, the lace was crooked, frayed, it was not the color depicted in the photo. Later on we found the dress was actually a Maggie Satero gown that they posted the picture of on their site. The dress we rec'd looked like it had been sitting in a store window yellowing by the sun. It had silver sequins on it that weren't not shown in the photo.We contacted the store immediately to start the refund process... they gave us the run around for 10 months now.. they agreed to give us a partial refund as it would have cost us $100 to ship back... to date they have never given us the refund they promised. Your wedding gown experience is supposed to be a joyous occasion, this was a nightmare. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Don't get stung like we did... do not order from this company... !!!!
I recently ordered a wedding dress from this site. Before ordering I did my research, and decided that this would be the best option for me. I knew that this dress wasn't going to look identical to the product picture, but I was definitely not expecting what I received. The quality of the dress was horrific. The seams of the dress were so poorly constructed that there was no way to fix it. Also know that their return policy is a joke. They have no intention of returning your money. Please learn from my mistake.
I ordered my bridesmaids dresses online at Babyonlinedress and I spoke back and forth with their representative Ceclia for a few weeks before ordering them as I had lots of specifications and questions. Cecilia was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and just very kind. When it came time to get the dresses, we opened them all and were so so happy with them. They were everything I had wanted and that we had discussed! They dyed the colour to the perfect Blush and the quality was really great! They all fit my bridesmaids very well and look beautiful, I cannot wait to see them for the day of my wedding in July. I will definitely be a return customer!

I ordered a red sequin dress after searching dozens of websites for the perfect formal dress - slightly hesitant to order, I contacted the friendly team who were so patient and helpful. I receive photos of the products and fabric, and they made my choice really easy. I ordered my dress rather late, and was not expecting to get it a day or two before my formal. but it arrived today, two weeks before my formal. It took less than two weeks for them to make an amazing dress and deliver it to my door. The dress is phenomenal, so well made and totally worth it. They listened to my requests and made it exactly how i envisioned it. I highly recommend buying from this site - don't be discouraged, they are amazing to work with. Will definitely be purchasing from them again in the very near future!
I had the most wonderful experience with Babyonline. I received all the possible help when collecting the dress whilst visiting China. The dress was perfect although the neckline had to be adjusted. We were ecstatic with this unusual design that was made with qualify fabric and detail. My daughter wore it to her Matric Farewell and she was wearing it with elegance and style, a true Goddess.
