You don't get what you see on their website. quality of the fabric is the worst and they say to you is worth the money you pay!
I paid AU$186 for a dress that none of the measurements that I gave them is accurate.
I even think the positive feed backs on this site is on their own behalf. What you can expect, they are located in China and this is what my Chinese friend says!
They make all type of excuses to not refund your money, Completely dishonest company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They ruined my wedding dress!!! Now they won't respond to my emails!!! I received my wedding dress on SEPTEMBER 29, 2014 and I sent an email the same day I received the dress. I haven't received a reply yet! You have 7 days to return an item after it is received according to their policy, but they take almost 3 days to respond!! Today is day number 4 and I haven't received the return authorization needed for the return. THIS IS A SCAM!!!
The Dresses i order and the one i actually received look completly different
Okay, so I found this beautiful dress and a flower girl dress. I of course thought I would actually get what I ordered. I sent in my custom sizes and to my surprise the dress I ordered and the one's I received look completely different. I sent picture of the dresses on along with a picture of the dress on the ADVERTISMENT for there site and there is an obvious difference. When I submitted and asked for a REFUND they denied my refund.. being that the dresses are completely different what is shown. This is the excuse they gave me.
However as you know that our dresses are replicates of the original pictures, we couldn’t promise 100% alike the original ones. Funny thing is in the REFUND Policy it doesn't state this anywhere saying they dresses may not look the same. This is a Shady company Please Please Please do not trust or spend your money with them. They do not care about the quality of there merchandise nor there customers.

I hesitantly ordered a dress with this company simply because I was worried about the quality of the work. On top of that, the measurements for my dress were incorrect because of a mistake I made. Thankfully, they worked well with me and accommodated all my needs.
My dress was made in less than two weeks and shipped in 3 days.
I can honestly say my dress came out beautiful!!!! Exactly how I wanted it and great quality! I can't wait to wear it. I highly recommend them, and will definitely purchase another gown from them.
I noticed that others had bad experiences, but mine couldn't have gone better. It was a mermaid blue gown, shipped here to the US and they did a fabulous job. Thank you again!
This dress #BO4649 was on sale at £100. Since it wasnt cheap i expected it to be good quality. I ordered it but wasnt expecting it to be as beautiful as it is! It has been made to perfection and definitely worth the money if not more! I was a little worried about the shipping as it wasnt very clear how or when it would arrive. However, i received an email after a week or 2 with the delivery price and reference number. Again very simple and easy to do, i went on the delivery website, entered the ref number and paid the £15 which i thought was very fair considering delivery to the UK. I am so happy with my dress. I have seen bridesmaid dresses which i will be ordering without having to worry about the quality.
The worst experience never had. I contact them the same day I received the 2 dresses let them know that I do not like the quality and the way the dresses fit. They told me that I had to prove with evidence that the quality was bad!!!!!!!!first time in my whole life I heard that. So if like to return a dress you have to prove you do not like it, or you waste your time
Multiple people have lied to me in getting an order fixed. I have their words in e-mail, and they never followed through. The dresses I ordered are bridesmaid dresses for a wedding, and I had to pay an additional $100 for each dress to get it altered. Might as well just have bought it from the U.S. and saved myself all of the frustration of dealing with this company.
I ordered a prom dress from this website and yes i must admit the quality was good but the beading looked very cheap and it was the wrong dress. My dress and one other dress were the same but the one i ordered had a covered back unlike the other one that they have actually sent me. Also they do not tell you that you need to pay for handling and shipment of your dress, they will claim the shipping is free but when your dress is about to arrive you will recieve a notification telling you to pay and extra fee to get it delivered. One other problem i had was the time it took them to deliver my dress. My dress was supose to be at my house on the 13th of may, it got here today on the 27th. They claimed there was problem with beading when i contacted them, i am very dissapointed, i will never buy a dress from there again. i have spent a lot of money and trust into this company and i have no time to send it back or get the back covered somehow.

I got an ugly one and are very annoyed, and I ended up spending more money on a second dress from more renown US bridal website. I guess some people do get a good dress, so it's a gamble. but do you really want to gamble on your wedding dress?
I ordered myself a wedding dress from Babyonlinedress.com order number BA2014042221166 and recieved it yesturday. I am so happy with the dress. I went to fit a dress similar to the one I bought from them and almost spend thousands of rands on this dress. The quality of this dress is so good it looks like a boutique dress!!! The other thing is that they said I would recieve my dress in a little over a month and got it in 3 weeks. I really did not think it would be that quick. Thank you to Babyonlinedress for making my dreams come true!!!!
I ordered a wedding dress..which is kind of hard to trust buying from a site but this dress is perfect from me. Is just like in the picture. Very good material and at a very good price comparing to other sites . Was ment to receive it in like 1 mounth but I received it way earlier. I didn't expected that !

I ordered the dress (BO3254- 2014 vestidos de fiesta prom dresses mermaid sweetheart backless appliqués tiered crystal gowns) on 3/16/2014, received on 4/25/2014. The expectation for this dress was high but never expected to be as gorgeous as it is. The sewing of the dress is beautiful and the work done on the dress is completely amazing. The size was chosen and it felt like it was fitted by a seamstress to the size of a body! The customer service was very helpful and Jessie always replied back with in 24 hrs! He was very knowledgable and friendly to answer any questions/concerns that I had! My dress was delivered by DHL and every stop/delivery notice was notified to me by text, which helped me a lot to track my package! I am going to order 3 more dresses in the next few weeks!! I ordered my daughter’s prom dress from babyonlinedress on April 6th after we both fell in love with the “New Crystal Prom Dress Scoop Sleeve Black Mermaid Beaded Lace Applique Evening Dresses DH003836”. I paid via credit card and the payment was confirmed right away and, to my surprise, the very next day the status of the order showed as “preparing”. I had some concerns that the dress would not arrive in time as we began dress shopping very late considering her prom is May 16th. I paid $20 extra for custom measurements and the site stated the tailoring time was 19 working days. I checked the status of the order daily and was ecstatic on April 30th when the status changed to “shipped”. I was able to track the delivery through DHL until it arrived on May 2nd. The dress looks every bit as beautiful as the designer gown and I was really impressed with the quality. The gown looks exactly like the picture and came fully lined. Based on some other reviews I expected a few minor flaws but I can honestly say that I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the fabric and quality of the workmanship. I could not find any fault with it inside or out and I still can’t believe I got all that dress for such a reasonable price. It looks very high end. On their website, next to the designer gown, they have a picture of the gown they made in a different colour but my daughter’s gown looks even better than that. I personally have no complaints about this company, I sent them three messages through the “my order” “Send/view business message” and each time I received a response from Jessie within 24 hours. I’ve read that people have varied experiences with this company but my experience with babyonlinedress was all positive and I have been recommending the site to everyone I know.
I just received this dress ( April 23,2014) and I ordered it on April 4. I was so skeptical because many people were complaining about the customer service. I emailed them with my order number @ [email protected]. the dress is exactly how the picture says it will be. Although someone just posted a review with the same issue I have , my only problems are that the wrist is a little loose. Also in the model picture, her lace is only one layer and mine has a double making it more shiny . I think i would have preferred the single layer but I am still pleased with my order.I asked when placing the order if a half bra can be placed inside of the dress and I was told it would be added but it wasn't. However the double layer lace hides the showing of the nipple area. I am pleased with my order and cannot wait to wear it to my prom. Be patient with the company and stay on top of your email . Horrible costumer service and bad quality dresses.
I had purchased a backless dress for my daughters prom and when I received it the quality of the dress is horrible. The back where the material was suppose to drap they just put this material across so when she put the dress on it looked horrible. The material was too short and the inseam was coming apart. All in all the dress was just not what we had ordered. Emailed them several times and they would not get back to me. Don't recommend anyone to buy from them and if you see a good review look who and where it's from. Some of those reviews are from people in China probably their own employees.
Do not trust this website! Firstly, you can't even securely pay. Poor quality, and IGNORE THE GOOD REVIEWS on here. If you look carefully you'll notice that they're all from China; they've made the reviews themselves.

I bought a dress from these guys and it was horrible!!! They promise the world and deliver cheap poor quality clothing.
There was supposed to be a metal belt on the dress but they ended up sewing a red material to replace this. The dress was supposed to be a wrap but they just cut a hole in the dress to make it look like it opened up at the bottom. The dress was the wrong material...just a cheap satin instead of charmeuse.
Do not buy from these guys, they don't know what they are doing and they will take every short cut they can ! They convince themselves it is a good job and exactly the same...do not trust them!
