S2 Back-up package is well made
The S2 Back-up kit is well made, but not easy to install on a 2023 Raptor. The side bolts that hold the LED is too close to the exhaust pipe. Almost impossible to start the bolt on the bracket muffler side. I would suggest you off-drill the bracket attaching hole. I have pictures if you want them.
Ship time is extremely slow
Contacted Baja for an order made that had no updates or expected date after showing in stock in the website. I was told it would be at least a month before they were ready to ship. Baja should at least state this on the website or give periodic updates on status instead of sending installation instructions and asking for reviews on parts that haven’t been delivered.

Excellent quality lighting.
I ordered some Squadron pro lights. Unfortunately I couldn't put the kit I wanted in the cart, was something wrong with the computer website. It only allowed me to put them in as a single unit. I emails Customer service afterward saying that it didn't work properly. And will you please contact me, they did not. I finally contacted them and they said that they had a computer glitch that it caused the problems throughout their company. And it was still ongoing. The customer service specialist told me that someone would contact me from the company regarding my order prior to shipping that didn't happen. And then I called them back when I see my order had shipped. I contacted them once again and the agent said there's actually nothing he can do about it. The biggest problem was I contacted them and no one returned or emails or calls. The company makes some fantastic lights so don't get me wrong. They're great I guess technology sometimes fails, did cost more money because it was more expensive buying single add wiring kit to go with them plus SH. Love their lights. Glenn

The quality of all their lights is…
The quality of all their lights is superior to anything else. Between Baja Designs and Rigid Industries, you can have about any type of light to fit whatever your heart desires. But when it comes to tech support or customer service, I have never experienced such great service as when I called tech support for some specs and recommendations. The tech asked me continue emailing him with further questions and I did. His responses were immediate.
$200.00 order never came!!
$200.00 order never came!!! Just t-shirt and a hitch back up light both were in stock when I ordered it it been 23 days now and did not come in time for x-mas. I have other Baja Designs lights they seem to work fine
The lights were out on Christmas Day.
These guys make great lights, but they certainly are failures when it comes to operations and customer service. I made a $142 order on December 3 that was to be a Christmas present. I didn’t hear a word on the status of my order until December 17th, and even then it was automated with zero explanation as to why my order was delayed, or when it might be fulfilled. I tried to contact Baja Designs directly to find out that before the holiday they were not answering their phones because I guess, as their recording says, “We will be closed in observance of Christmas and New Years”. No dates of this closure were given. Had they been a responsible company with sound policy and informed me immediately that they were not in a position to fulfill my order, I could have found these items elsewhere. I am now scrambling to find an alternative gift for my son. Merry Christmas!

I first bought two pairs of squadron soakers and pros for my Tacoma and fell in love with the light output and reliability of Baja Designs Lights. Then I bought the S8 42” for my tacoma and my Honda Talon. And two more sets of squadrons. Where I go and take my vehicles can get dark and Baja Designs make it so I can drive anywhere and see like day light. Now my Ram Power wagon will be outfitted with LP6’s and more. I’m sold on these lights, yes the are more money but worth every penny. Save your money and buy once , you will not be disappointed and the customer service is great.
Baja Squadron lights
I bought Squadron lights for my front (amber fog) and rear bumpers (white - reverse). They are great! I had to call Baja for some technical help and they were fantastic to deal with … in phone call and subsequent emails !

I reached out to BD regarding military discount for service members that they are offering. jeffrey was very helpful in my purchase and he is extremely knowledgeable about their product offerings with regards to the light output and what was the right product for my needs since they offer wide range of lights. customer service is top notch, you can contact them in any platforms and they do respond to your query. I end up purchasing a number of lights with BD; SAE S2, SAE Squadron, onx6 light bar and squadron pro. the lights are well made and the light output is super impressive. I may be bias with BD since they are from San Diego but their lights are all proven and tested not only in Baja races but in all off road competition.

Just what I was looking for at a reasonable price and local sales and post-sales support. Very nice quality lights, casing, wiring. Good info in the description and selection guides.

Not only do they have an awesome product their after purchase support are 2nd to none. I have products that are 5+ years old that they support under warranty, never a problem. If you want the best product and support, spend your money here.
I'm a product tester for the world's…
I'm a product tester for the world's largest online store and I receive numerous samples of "off road" lights. Not a single product that I have received holds a candle to the build quality and durability of Baja Designs. These XL Sport cornering lights are bombproof and oh so bright. I drive a full size Ram in some very sketchy places, and I rely on these lights to illuminate hazards that may come from any direction and to keep me on the trail. Don't waste your time on anything else.
You can never have enough good light!
I have installed the Baja Designs 20" lightbar and the S2 SAE OEM Fog Light replacement kit in my 2023 Toyota TRD Tundra. What a difference in lighting! Now when I drive down my extremely rural road at night in Colorado, the rooster starts to crow thinking the sun is coming up.

Installed on a 23 F150 Raptor with 37”PP. If you have a 37” spare, you’ll need to either lower the spare or let air out of it to get the connector past the receiver and spare. Product is pretty good but not amazing. Decent light directly behind middle, there is very little “flood” to the light, much more of a spot. Would be nice to have directions in the box but they aren’t difficult to find online. Give yourself a good 20-30min, if you have to deal with the spare tire.

I am thrilled with the quality of the products I have purchased from Baja Designs. Lights are super bright, well built and two of the lights I purchased 3+ years ago for my truck are still going strong. Certainly not the cheap stuff you find online. All that said, shipping times are very frustrating. I have called 3 times now and still only have half of what I ordered on October 18th and 19th. Each time I have called I am told the items are in stock but they are a little backed up. It is now November 1st and I am again in the queue for a call back so I can try to figure out where the product is I ordered. Again, products are great but if they aren't shipped is hard to use them.
