After 3 months no longer fit for purpose
Bought the bare naked case for my iPhone 17 Pro, was very happy at first as it certainly is very thin and helps maximise the feel of the iPhone. However after less than 3 months the case is totally misshapen and the phone barely stays inside, it is no longer fit for purpose and definitely not worth the high price.
Thinnest case become distorted
Had the thinnest case which became distorted within months. They replaced free of charge. Same thing happened again. Phone was able to move in case resulting in small scratches and the screen was cracked at one point where I would’ve expected the case to provide more protection. They offered to replace with a different model (I pay the price difference) to which I have declined. I live in a humid country which they’ve said could be the reason… ultimately they have a faulty product.
Dont waste your money
Do not buy from here. Overpriced and terrible quality. Ordered a leather case, it came with the camera lens not properly attached and now the camera control button is falling out. Been in contact with them about a replacement for 3 months and still has not been resolved. Shoddy company

Awful, poor quality product - stay away
First, it took 1 month for the case to arrive when at the ordering day they were promising 5 working days to be delivered. That said, the worst still to come, I received the case eventually for my iPhone 17 Pro Max and I was shocked by the poor and cheap quality of the case...I cannot believe they are selling this cheap plastic thing for 35$.....those pieces are not even worth 5$ and I would never put my phone into it, you will not be protected. Awful experience, bad customer service, extremely poor product quality.

I begrudge even 1 star. Bare Cases have ignored and/or procrastinated on all actions and communications. Original order promise of 3-5 days not fulfilled, replies to my enquiries met with disingenuous responses, they are masters of prevarication and delay. Anything rather than send the goods already paid for, or refund in accordance with their own stated policy and practice. Responses include promises that the phone case is en route, then informing me that it is delayed by several weeks. Refund request met with pointless demands for me to reiterate what I have already reported, or asking for me to explain yet again my perfectly reasonable request for refund. They even threaten that repeated enquiries will result in further delays by pushing the order details to the back of the queue! What a shower - avoid at all costs.

God, I wish that I would have read the reviews before ordering from them, but they go me with their "premium" looking websites. I have ordered 2 cases and 2 screens for 2 iPhone 17 Pros. Was expecting some great products for this premium price, but I have received 2 cases and 2 screen protectors from Temu. I kid you not, I have found their cases on Temu, they are identical. They're just dropshipping these products with a 1000% margin. In addition, I have waited 2 weeks for the products to arrive from China. Unbelievable. Don't be a fool like myself and stay away from these "premium" cases.

Complete trash
Complete trash. Cheap case that was poorly made. The iPhone Air case that I bought did not allow me to plug in a standard Apple usb-c charger because the hole at the bottom of the case was too small to allow the cable to properly insert into the port. They refused to return my money. I ate $70. Learned my lesson. Don’t risk it. Just pay a bit more for better quality and good customer service. This is Chinese crap.
FRAUDULENT COMPANY
FRAUDULENT COMPANY! Do not order anything from them. They charge your credit card and will not offer any information on the order, provider no updates, and require you to download an app to "track" your package. It is a privacy nightmare, they will sell your information! They do not reply to help emails. Product was ordered over 3 weeks ago and no update, no response to emails, even though they guaranteed fast shipping and delivery.
Fake company
Been waiting my order for 5 weeks now, I paid for 5 cases. Unfortunately they are not a real company don't waste your money and don't get fooled by there ads.. Fake company. They don't to emails too.

No response, no updates, nothing
I'm waiting for 3+ weeks for my order to be shipped. I have not received any response from their support for a 1+ week to know the status of my order. They can't handle so many orders and clients' emails but they still continue to actively ad their cases.
Refusing to refund for non-delivered ordered
I’ve ordered two cases for my iPhone 15 Pro Max and for my wife’s iPhone 15 Pro. It was said that delivery would take a week but it arrived in 3 weeks (delivery was from China). Only one case has arrived. When I contacted the support they said that the second case is out of stock so it cannot be delivered. Support offered me another case instead which I refused and asked for refund. Once I asked on refund the support insisted on replacement instead of refund. I refused again and asked for refund for the second time. Then I got a message from support that my refund request is passed to designated refund team. No answers from them from that moment (3 weeks already since) Also support may take from 3 days up to a week to answer your email. As well this case that I haven’t received is still available on their website. Company looks like fraud with very weak support. As well case that I received is low quality. Not really bad. It just doesn’t match the price of >$30. I would not recommend anyone to buy these and avoid this company. Underneath cool instagram ad there are fraud-like company that delivers you cheap Chinese case that are 3D printed. If you receive your order you may like it, if you don’t you most probably won’t get your money back

Unfortunately as many others here I have placed an order 3 weeks ago and there's no signs of it shipping and no reply from them after contacting the company.
Low quality, high price.
Although it's a thin case, it's of very low quality. After a couple of months the case deforms and does not seamlessly fit around the phone which results in the case slipping off from the corners. Very low value for the price! You can find the same quality for 2 euro on a market or local phone shop.

Scammers. I sent 3 emails to cancel my order before the 2nd October. They sent a reply on that date saying it *still hadn't been shipped*. But then sent it anyway on the 8th ignoring all my email to cancel the order. They are now STILL ignoring my emails

It’s very rare that I post a negative review but in this instance, having considered my opinion for a couple of weeks, I feel that the review is needed. Do NOT purchase a case or screen protector from this company. The quality is dreadful! They will NOT work and will NOT protect your precious technology. More than that, there is NO reasonable customer service either. I’ll explain if you care to read further. I wish you to bear in mind that I have been buying iPhones since the iPhone 4, have never cracked a screen or damaged a ‘phone and have always used screen protectors and cases. So I am well-versed in the ways in which screen protection and cases have progressed over the years. I thought I’d quite like a thin protective case for my iPhone 13 Pro Max so purchased a case and a set of two screen protectors. The first screen protector was not sticky. It did not stick onto the iPhone. The second one went on fine bar all of the edges which took significant time and effort to attach. When I emailed to relay my experience, eventually the company replied to ask me to send a video of my trying to attach the screen protector which didn’t work and another video showing what was wrong when the second protector went into my iPhone. Well - I don’t know about you all - but I do T video a running commentary on my life on the offchance that something might happen and I also don’t have a Time Machine. These facts seemed lost on customer service who kept asking for videos of the past. Then - I dropped my iPhone (only from around 30cm and onto an engineered floor) - and the screen protector failed along with the case - leaving my new iPhone with blemishes that should not be there. Again - customer services wanted a video! I mean - really?!?! When I pointed out that I couldn’t do that and that their products seem cheaply made they instantly offered to send more - as long as I paid £15 postage! Well - that’s not right. Either you’re sorry and believe in your product or you don’t but you don’t try to get the customer to pay for more sub-standard rubbish. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You have been warned!
