When I received this product

When I received this product. It was so hard to put the battery in .it's not connecting properly. I want to return it .it not working properly at all. I need a address to send it back.

A waste of money

I bought a Barxbuddy almost a year ago, to help train my dog to not bark each time he heard our neighbor in the hallway. I also thought it would be extremely helpful when we went on walks. Where we live, there are numerous stray dogs or owned dogs that are set free during the day. I hoped this would divert their attention from my leashed dog for the safety of both of us. None of this has proven true. Although the sound is something dogs can supposedly hear and humans cannot, I rely on the light turning on when I press the button to mean it is working. Even so, just to be fair, I have changed batteries several times just to evaluate effectiveness. Nothing! Not one dog responds to the supposed sound, absolutely no reaction at all. Today was the last attempt at making it useful, but again it failed. A waste of money.

Total ripoff/scam processed 4 orders instead of just 1

Total ripoff. I tried to order 1 barx buddy. They processed 4 orders. When I called them after finding out what they had done. Total false sympathy. Oh I'm so sorry you accidentally ordered more but we can't refund you because the orders have already been processed. I already filed a case and complaint with PayPal. Total criminal behavior. Total theft. Total axxholes. If I could leave neg stars I would. I am absolutely livid at their scam.

Barxs Toy Ball

I have an 88# Border Collie/Lab/Great Pyrenees dog. He gets 2, 45-60 mins walk each day but after dinner seems bored. I purchased this fun ball for him to chase in the evening. He Loves it! It’s more an indoor toy. It’s sort of like those robotic vacuums. When it gets lost under the couch, it finds a way out! I love it cause I’m not the one retrieving it. It rarely gets stuck!! The lights and rolling ball is enticing and keeps my dog entertained. My only complaint is that when dropped or hit it will spring open. There doesn’t seem to be enough threads when screwing the 2 halves together to hold it in place. Great Idea 💡. Thanks for a Great Dog Toy! Judy

I cannot really comment on Barxbuddy yet as I have not received the goods that I ordered. Ordering was very easy, but waiting to receive the product is not so easy/ Once I have received the goods ordered I will be able to comment further.

returned after reading many unfavorable reviews

After ordering and receiving the device, I decided to return it, having read many unfavorable reviews. In all fairness, I did not even try the Barxbuddy so I can't speak to its effectiveness. I can say however, that the shipping to me was quick, with no problems. Additionally the return and refund were quick and easy.

The dog still barks.how far are you supposed to be from the dog ? I feel let down. I got it as Christmas gift for my daughter but she threw away the box so I couldn’t return it.

really reacted by stopping jumping on everyone. also stopped barking for awhile. time has passed, not as responsive. need to train again

nothing wrong

nothing wrong, just looks cheap like a toy. but I just ordered the vacuum one for my dog. Now I need to now I need to send back the last order. How do I do that, so I can get my money back? Order # 1570664 please help me. did not use contents.

Does not appear to have any effect on either of my dogs. The lights flash, but it makes no difference to either dog. I called customer service and was told that if the lights flash the device is working. From what I see it is not doing anything that has any effect on a dog; we got it to try and reduce barking (something their website claims to correct) but the dog looks right at the device in operation and keeps right on barking. Customer service said that for them to check it out I need to pay return shipping; I would have no problem with that except that there was no offer of sending me a replacement unit if I returned this one. Very poor customer service.

My three small dogs are barkers

My three small dogs are barkers. Barxbuddy tends to make them quieter. It doesn't shut them up completely. For that, I suspect they need to be trained.

Bark buddy is oké but Ruffy service is BAD!

Bark buddy is oké, it helps to stop Barking but i got also one for present en want to return it. That is very diffucult, Ruffydogs doesn’t tell how to return but offers a discount. Seems they don’t want a return. Luck I orderd with Klarna

II bought this as a gift for my mother

II bought this as a gift for my mother. She has a miniature pinscher and the first time she used it her dog had a seizure! I would like to have my money refunded and I think that this item should be discontinued as it is obviously not safe to use on animals!

Worthless

Arrived broken and it would hours to shorten one nail! Also, they don’t respond to email. Save your money and go elsewhere.
