Delivered the wrong product and ordered I return the product before they would even process my real order. I understand they wanted their $5 flashlight back (that I didn’t order) but I spent $70 on something totally different that I didn’t even receive.
For our dog at least it has no effect what so ever. He’s a Wheaten Terrier. I can be 3 feet from him, press the button and he is startled by the light for two seconds. Then he barks at me.
We have tried to use these things numerous times and under a multitude of conditions and the bottom line is THEY DO NOT WORK!!!! I also found the ad to purchase the items was somewhat misleading because if I had know how much they were going to actually going to charge me, I would never had gone through with the purchase. Buyer Beware on this one.
This was great! My dogs are terrified to have their nails clipped. My small dog worked great on . I’m still trying to decide about my medium dog. But if it only works on my small dog that’s a win!
It works exactly as described. Both my dogs stop barking immediately when I use BarxBuddy. Nothing else has worked and I have tried a lot different things from trains, treats and devices. This is the only one that has been successful.
I was supposed to get extra grinding heads that I ordered
I was so looking forward to receiving my Barxbuddy as I had heard good things but unfortunately ours never arrived and when I sent an email saying I hadn't received it I never got a response.

My 5 mth old puppy broke this toy with in 5 minutes of having it! Until that point though he did enjoy it.
Does not roll on thin carpet or grass It just hits something and blinks Can i get a refund?

Product works
I have tried multiple methods to reduce barking from my husky. It has created problems at holiday family get-togethers because she would just bark the whole time. After one day of using this, she has learned to give one signal bark when there is a delivery or a guest arrives but then she calms down. Sounds impossible but it is true.
We loved this tool! I wanted something that did not hurt the dog! She comes immediately and minds very well now!

The delivery was a bit slow, but did have to come from USA. Only received it today, but seems ok good quality and appears to do what it says.

I ordered the product on 12/16 and I didn't receive it until 12/28 . This was supposed to be a x-mas gift. I'm not sure who is to blame Barxbuddy or the USPS. Either way it wasn't here for X-mas.
When the delivery was delayed and I reached out to the company, they were quick to respond which I really appreciated.
