Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Consumers frequently mention that the support staff is incredibly helpful, maintaining open lines of communication and sending regular photo updates and proofs throughout the entire creation process. Buyers are consistently impressed by how accurately the final bobbleheads capture the unique physical appearance and joyful expressions of their loved ones. However, some customers also noted receiving damaged or poorly crafted items, such as figures that arrived broken, leaning to one side, or completely unusable. A few reviewers expressed frustration with unhelpful responses, incorrect details on items, and difficulties in obtaining refunds for defective products.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I've ordered three different sports bobbleheads from bbobbler.com. All three have been well crafted. Alice has kept me well informed of progress on the bobbleheads during the process. All three bobblesheads were carefully shipped and arrived well before I needed them.
Excellent company led communication. Art on the bobble head was spot on. Two minor edit requests were easily accommodated. Recieved the doll ahead of advertised time. I will be a return customer.
We just recieved our bobbleheads. Mark is a special artist. He nailed it. I will recommend to my family and friends.
They did a good job overall. Company made corrections as needed. The business is outside the US for production. Overall ok.
Thanks for the feedback! Glad to hear the overall job was good and that the corrections were managed well. We're committed to continuous improvement and look forward to working together on future projects!
I’ve ordered 5 bobbleheads in the last two years for Coaches gifts. The faces were great on 4 of 5. It’s definitely worth the extra $19 to have the expert craft it. A little disappointed with how coaches had grays in their hair and the proofs they were completely white haired. First time I thought they hadn’t painted the hair yet and the second time I asked them to add color to the beard but ended up having to hand paint the hair again. Once that was done they looked just like the coaches and are loved. From now on I will choose the hair color instead of relying on photos. Overall satisfactory and I do plan to order more as they are a great coach gift
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. I'm also pleased that after adjustments, the bobbleheads resembled the coaches and were well-loved. I apologize for the oversight regarding the hair color on the recent orders. Your experience highlights the importance of customizing the hair color directly. Thank you for your understanding and for giving us the opportunity to improve.
We had great customer service. We had a quick response once the order was placed. They consistently sent us picture updates and were able to make changes along the way. All communication was clear, timely and helpful. We wanted the bobble head to match a picture and they were able to do it almost perfectly. The product was received quicker than expected and was very well packaged. We would definitely order from here again.
Received item, looks great!
Hello, Thank you for your comments. If there is anything that could be improved or done better, please kindly let us know. We will sincerely and patiently accept your feedback. Thank you.
What a wonderful job bbobbler.com did creating my custom bobble! The quality and accuracy of the head and face sculpting was fantastic. The entire piece was flawless, including the jersey number and inscription on the base. The package arrived right on time, as promised, and it was presented during a retirement party—everyone loved it, especially the recipient. I highly recommend this unique product and the excellent bbobbler.com customer service team. Thank you!
Great at keeping me up to date, cool product, I got it for my friend for his birthday was so stoked!!
The bobblehead looks amazing! My thanks to Joyce, who handled my order. However, I ordered a gift box with the BBH, which I never received. They said the BBH wouldn't fit and promised a refund. After 2 months and 4 emails asking for the refund, I guess I'm not getting my money back.
Thank you for your kind words about the bobblehead—we're glad you like it! I also appreciate you bringing the issue with the gift box and refund to our attention. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the delay in processing your refund. We've processed the refund last week, have you received that? Thank you for your patience and understanding. Best regards,
I placed my order on May 14th, and Lily responded immediately to confirm my preferred features for the custom bobbleheads. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly communicative and dedicated to making sure the bobbleheads looked as identical as possible to the photo I submitted. Before the proofing stage, she was patient, informative, and took the time to answer all of my questions. With every requested change, I received updated proofs and clear communication to ensure the final product matched my preferences. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the FINAL PROOF came out identical to the photo, in which I recieved June 2nd, before the expected delivery date. I couldn't be happier with thefinal product, experience and customer service. Highly recommend!
Our experience with bbobbler was great! I needed custom bobblheads built for my coworkers and the bbobbler team took care of our order quickly & professionally. Their website let me know what to expect, and Mark Choi was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process.
The customer service representative was very helpful and timely in the ordering and customizing process. They made the process very easy and were very accommodating if any changes were needed to the order.
Thank you for an awesome Bobblehead! The process was seamless and we got the bobble heads on time! Thank you so much!
Very responsive customer support, fast, great quality, and the Bobbler looks amazing! I'll only use Bbobbler going forward, highly recommended.
Communication and execution were outstanding!
This company is amazing. First of all the whole process is very simple and they keep up on communication until your product is received. I had one made for a birthday gift, going off a picture I had on my phone. They used this to create my Bbobbler and what a fantastic job they did. I would definitely use their services again. So so happy!!!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience! This is the second bobblehead we’ve ordered from them, and both have been absolutely spot on. The team was very easy to work with throughout the entire process, communicated well, and made everything simple from start to finish. The final product was perfect and made an amazing retirement gift. The likeness and details were incredible, and everyone loved it. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom bobblehead!
When looking for a gift for a person who can buy anything they want for themself, this was a perfect choice. What made it a success was the patience of the company to make it look like the person. In this case, it was excellent.
