Online shopping was easy. I had a few very technical questions and they were answered in a couple of hours with the email help desk. I didn't feel like they nickel-and-dimed me with 1,000 options for coatings and lens materials. I found the same frames at my local optician office and tried them on first, Oakley Ti Socket in black. Price was much better than local office and both were using my insurance. Amazing.
