The cabin was clean, and the check in was easy. The 2 things I forgot to pack, the cabin had. It felt like home away from home.

This cabin was the perfect fit for myself and my furry baby. The amenities were plentiful and modern. The location was amazing and very close to several coffee shops and cool restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was very helpful when a problem arose Cabin was great but needs some TLC to fix a sharp part in the carpet just before walking into the kitchen, the blinds are wonky and one key piece is missing in downstairs bedroom window, and upstairs bathroom bath doesn’t hold water for bath. Otherwise a great cabin in a great location! We had a fabulous time !

Overall our experience was amazing. There was a dead mice in the game room upon check in and spoiled food in the spice cupboard.

This place is amazing. Comfortable and very easy to navigate around the area. The host was always checking on us just in case we needed anything. The food in the area is really yummy and for additional cravings, there is a 7-eleven right next to it. I would definitely stay here again!

"A wonderful rustic getaway! These cabins are cozy but basic, functioning just like home with a solid roof. With stove, dinner table ( all utensils needed ) , and wooden bed platforms. With Hot Tub on the deck, amazing get away with a pine tree view.

Great location, great backyard for the dog. He got to see squirrels and rabbits in the yard. Small cabin but adequate for two and a dog.

With the bathroom on the first floor and bedrooms on the second, the stairs, especially in the middle of the night, were quite steep and they felt a bit unsafe. However, the place was clean and cute.

The staff was very nice and receptive to calls and requests. The booking process was fast and easy. I like that I was allowed to view multiple cabins and make a decision on which place would be best for my family. I wish the cabin was cleaner both inside and outside.

The cabin we had was beautiful and we made some great memories with our family! Cool cabins employees were always very helpful and friendly when I would call with questions before our trip. I also liked the portal online for our reservation, it made it easy to make payments for the cost and had useful information regarding the cabin. Would use Cool Cabins again for next vacation to Big Bear.

The customer service from management was professional and friendly. That is 5 stars, for sure. The cleanliness and condition of our cabin (Gnome Chalet), however, was not. When we arrived, all three bathrooms were dirty - toilets had a mildew ring, the counters had quite a bit of dust, the bathtub unusable for the kids because it was dirty, and the fabric shower curtain was either mildewy or something as it smelled musty and a little like urine. The rest of the cabin was very dusty and had lots of dead flies scattered about, as well as cobwebs everywhere. For a mandatory $200 cleaning fee, I expect a little better than basic cleanliness. I took pictures, spoke to management, and they did offer partial refund on the cleaning fee. I would definitely book through them again, but will maybe scout better reviewed cabins in the future.
