Cool cabins is a great company they were attentive and had great customer service. We had an issue at our cabin and cool cabins made it easy for us to relocate, giving us one of their best cabins and another night as compensation that honestly talks about a company who cares about their customers not only on revenue I would recommend anyone who's trying to have a peaceful stay at big Bear Lake. This is where you book

The hideaway was beautiful. I didn’t want to leave. I wish I could have stayed longer. My birthday was great.
Hi Talisha! Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed The Hideaway and that it helped make your birthday special. It means a lot to hear you loved it so much you didn’t want to leave! We hope to welcome you back for a longer stay next time.
The cabin was cute, clean, perfectly stocked with toiletries and essentials. Great Parking for 2 vehicles. The Fire Pit , Jacuzzi and BBQ were easy to use. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the huge back yard with lots lighting and seating options. But our favorite was the fairytale fire place, so adorable. The birds that came to visit were beautiful. Very comfortable relaxing envienvironment the pictures do not do it justice. My only suggestion would be maybe a foot mat or slip free mat in the bathtub it was a bit slippery. The location to town and the lake was a convenient close drive . Definitely a home worth coming back to stay again.
Hi Tina! Thank you for your wonderful and detailed review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed so many aspects of your stay, from the comfortable beds and well-stocked amenities to the fire pit, jacuzzi, BBQ, and spacious backyard. It’s especially heartwarming to know that the fairytale fireplace was your favorite feature and that you enjoyed the beautiful birds and relaxing atmosphere. We love hearing that the cabin exceeded your expectations and that the photos didn't fully capture its charm! We also appreciate your suggestion regarding a non-slip bath mat and will certainly take it into consideration as we continue to improve the guest experience. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable stay in the future!

Making our guests feel welcome and ensuring they have a great experience is always our goal. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to welcoming you back for another stay in the future!
this is my second time renting a COOL CABIN - the staff are extremely nice but the cabins cleanliness is NOT VERY GOOD. My suggestion is to establish a check list for items in each cabin/house to be checked. in this case we were without some essential items for cooking such as pots n pans, baking dishes, etc. THE VACUMN DID NOT WORK, THE OUTSIDE AREA WAS EXTREMELY DIRTY, THE COUCH CHAIRS INSIDE WERE STUCK IN ONE POSITION, NO FIREPLACE ASHES BUCKET, NOT ENOUGH SILVERWARE, THERE WERE MANY THINGS JUST BASIC ITEMS MISSING.
Hi James! Thank you for your feedback and for choosing Big Bear Cool Cabins again. We truly appreciate your kind words about our staff, though we’re very sorry to hear the cleanliness and cabin preparation did not meet expectations this time. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention regarding the missing kitchen essentials, non-working vacuum, outdoor cleanliness, furniture, and missing fireplace items. Your suggestion for a more detailed checklist is appreciated, and we’ll be sharing your feedback with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for review. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you taking the time to let us know how we can improve.

Big Bear Cool Cabins made our cabin stay an awesome and seemless experience for me and my family. They were courteous, kind, and quick to offer discounts and services to make for a better stay. The cabin we stayed in was clean and we'll prepped and the communication via text was fantastic and quick responses. I left something behind in my cabin too, they called and made sure it got back to me. Great experience!

The cabin Peregrine Chalet is fantastic with Big Bear Lake decoration, cute kitchen, very warm and welcoming living room. Every item in the cabin was thought out. We've got 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. For us 2 families it was pretty good. The outside patio is cute and spacious with warming up jacuzzi and long table where we had a dinner at evening. The cabin has a pretty spacious backyard where our dog can run and enjoy the stay as well :) Overall we are very happy with time spent there and planning come back taking same cabin.
Hi Tatiana! Thank you so much for your wonderful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear you had such a pleasant stay at Peregrine Chalet and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, thoughtful décor, and well-equipped kitchen. We truly appreciate your kind words and are so happy the cabin helped make your trip special. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future!
Place was ok . Back yard wasn’t fully gated , stains on bottom mattress , front windows are locked (can’t open ) fire hazard . Last - screen for the front door wasn’t working properly.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear certain aspects of the home did not meet expectations during your stay. We appreciate you bringing the backyard gate, mattress, front windows, and screen door concerns to our attention, and we’ll be sharing these items with our team for review and follow-up.
