Nice space for family of four. But no toilet paper and beds were not made ( had to search for sheets and pillow cases). Also didn’t have garbage bags.
Hi Ashley! Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the space worked well for your family of four. We sincerely apologize that essential items were not properly prepared for your arrival. This is not the standard we strive for, and we will be addressing this with our housekeeping team to ensure future guests have a fully ready home upon check-in. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.

Liked that cabin is small, but usable. Bed is stuffed in corner and is difficult to get in and out of.bathroom is tight, but ok. Modem wasn’t working, but manager promptly sent someone out to fix it.

As this is a studio unit, we do our best to make the most of the layout available. We’re also glad our team was able to promptly assist with the modem issue. Wonderful cabin, every amenity we needed. The spa and sauna are fantastic. We will be back!

The drive to and from big bear lake and exploring the city. The best part about traveling is exposing my family to and new environment with different activities.
Hi Rashay! Thank you for sharing your experience! We love hearing that you enjoyed exploring Big Bear and creating new memories with your family. Traveling and experiencing new environments together is truly special. We hope to host you again for another great getaway!
House was great. Perfect for me and my wife and our dog. Great view. Amenities were fantastic. Location was nice. Had difficulty looking for the key box. Heaters appear to be not working or lack of instructions on how to operate them. Tall people may have issues with the kitchen and bathroom. We almost didn’t make driving up the driveway. We had an SUV and our tires were slipping. After that, we had to park at the top just before the driveway because we were afraid we might not make it the next time. If not for the driveway, it would have been 5 stars.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home, views, amenities, and that it was a great fit for you, your wife, and your dog. We appreciate you bringing the key box, heater operation, and driveway concerns to our attention. We understand how important clear instructions and accessibility are, and we’ll review these items to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you again for sharing your experience—we hope to host you again!

House is average. Could be dusted and cleaned a little better. Back sliding glass door needs to be fixed. Very hard to slide, wheels fell off. Otherwise I give this house 3 stars.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the cleanliness did not fully meet expectations and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll follow up with our housekeeping team to ensure a more thorough cleaning moving forward. We also appreciate you noting the issue with the sliding glass door, and our maintenance team will address this to ensure it operates properly for future guests. Thank you again for sharing your experience.
Everything was clean and well set up. Location was exactly what we were hoping for, and everything was so pretty! Both checking in and checking out went super smoothly. Only thing was one of the rooms was unaccessible, but it wasn’t much of a inconvenience.

We also appreciate your understanding regarding the inaccessible room and are glad it didn’t impact your stay. We hope to host you again soon!
It’s nice and comfy even tho the yard wasn’t that clean with doggy poop bags on the floor and water and ice dispenser also didn’t work, the filter needed to be changed.

This is the second time I have rented from you. (I accidentally went through Vrbo instead of directly to Big Bear Cool Cabins). Nevertheless, the cabin was beautiful and spacious. Everything was clean and necessities provided if we forgot to bring. I will always rent directly through Big Bear Cool Cabins on every trip to Big Bear Lake.
