Bisons website has everything l needed for my cooler and l appreciate that!!! What I didn't like was that I signed up to get emails and to get 5% off, shipping was free until I put the promo code then I was charged shipping. But if you need the parts you can't complain l guess.
I would've rated my web shopping experience higher as I like the layout of site, however I needed to call to confirm the top opening on a cooler due to the images provided not being clear. Your customer service team answered question promptly. Thank you. The product purchased was Bison 12 Can XD Series - SoftPak Cooler Bag.
