Consumers also appreciate the remarkably smooth ordering process, helpful customer communication, and fantastic prices on unique, hard-to-find items that are difficult to locate elsewhere. Company forgot to ship
Had to send the company an email a week after placing the order to remind them to ship the item purchased. Finally received a tracking number after a week and a half by email with no apology. Then waited additional time to receive pkg. When item finally arrived, it was fine but noticed their return policy is complicated.
I've seen quite a few negative reviews…
I've seen quite a few negative reviews of this website and I'm not sure what happened with other's orders. I just know I ordered my product early morning and shipped later that day and I received mine as described in the listing in 3 or 5 days. I just thought I would write a positive review to put other's minds at ease. I would definitely order again as this was the only place with my item in stock and shipped in record time.

Hard-to-find dress, couldn't have had a better experience shopping here!
I am so excited to have found this dress, in this color, at this price point! Bob's Sports Chalet not only had a great website and check out process that I completed fully on a mobile device, but my item came incredibly quickly, well packaged, I was able to track the entire time, and am so glad to have ordered from here! I'll be back, a very happy new customer!
Thank you
