Excellent service from start to finish. The technicians were professional, courteous, and committed to making sure everything was completed and correctly done. They ran into a few challenges, but stayed until the job was finished and worked through every issue without giving up. My technician was extremely nice and respectful and answered every question I had! I was surprised by the speed it took them to install everything, it was very fast! I was told they would show up for my installation appointment between 8 am - 10 am and they called at 8:15 and said they was on the way!

Everything was great
Everything was great! The guys were very friendly and polite. It was all set up in a timely manner. Today my cable was buried so it’s all finished. I would just like to say my Brightspeed is working great! I got 1g, the same as I had with Optimum which didn’t work very well at all even after I got the extender. Brightspeed works perfectly!! Now I get everything I should have had with Optimum. I appreciate you all getting it all done without dragging things out like other companies. I should have switched to Brightspeed sooner. Thank You!!

Bad Experience
Well to start with , I took 2 different days off work and had to stay at the house from 8-5 and no one showed up . 1 no show is bad but 2 is terrible . There should never be an no show and you should give 2 windows of time . 8-12 and 1-5 . You're the only company I know that does all day and makes you stay around . Then don't show twice . Only good thing was on the 3rd schedule appointment the techs were great .
