Mr Stuart was very professional. He guided me through all the steps properly and answered any questions. He also warned me against spammers and how to deal with it. He is very dedicated available most of the time. I would recommend this company and this representative anytime!

Pos system is good. Modifiers are easy to make. I like that you can see cog vs profit when plugged in. Our rep Stewart is great!

I’m still new to the system, but everything leading up to this review has been a positive experience. The fact that they give you an actual person ( thanks Stuart) to call if you have any questions or concerns is almost something unheard of in today’s market, and you can call 7 days a week. I would recommend to anyone else who may be on the fence about which POS system to go with. I should also say I had zero experience with a POS system and the setup was easy and straightforward.
Our direct contact has made using clover a breeze. I love how straightforward everything is and how user friendly it seems to be. The training is easy to access and understand.

Honestly, although we were we were skeptical at first, it was so simple getting started with Brilliant POS. We did our research and got feedback from customers we knew. Once we decided to go ahead, it was as easy as Stuart said it would be. Equipment were shipped and received quickly. It truly was a plug and play system. Rob was great with the setup help. We had a huge inventory, but Rob helped us set it up and get it ready for import. It was easy to tweak once imported as well. Overall, the employees are extremely happy with the new system.
We have been using clover for 2 seasons now it was in no trainer when we opened our second restaurant Aaron was very helpful in moving our menu from one system to the new one he is very responsive to getting answers wen needed.

Stuart from Clover Sales was absolutely amazing. When he first reached out to us, we honestly weren’t ready—we were still in the very beginning stages of purchasing the company. I told him to just keep reminding me, and he did exactly that. Every 1–2 weeks, he would send a friendly check-in text—not pushy, not annoying—just a genuine reminder that he was there when we were ready. That consistency and dedication really stood out to us, and it’s ultimately why we chose to work with him. He kept us in mind without ever pressuring us, which says a lot. So far, the Clover POS system has been working great. There’s definitely a learning curve, but overall we’re very happy with it and feel confident we made the right choice. Highly recommend both Stuart and the system!
