Bought 3 pendants from this store. 2 small simple one was ok but the higher value one was a huge disaster. Photo on store shows a beautifully carved jade flower piece, with nice smooth petals. Received a piece carved by a school kid - Rough edges, straight triangular petals, dome shaped, flattened gold loop (for chain), jade hangs at an angle, pointing outwards from your chest when you wear it on a necklace.
Seller keep saying this is individually handmade and artistic beauty (hahah) (seller will repeat this again when he replies to this review). I know this is handmade and all pieces (jade), colour are different. My feedback is that the worksmanship is so poor and looks nothing close to item in photo (nothing about the colour of jade which he tries hard to excuse. ??)
Returned for refund, shipping fee deducted and pay own return shipping. Seller just refused to admit the poor quality, i even made a powerpoint side to show all the differences which i wish i can post for all to judge.
Beware, i suggest not to consider any jewelry piece that relies on "artistic interpretation" of their "jewelry masters", who are probably school kids.

The rainbow wood horse was adorable, just what I wanted. The monkey sandlewood figurine had two holes in the top of the little head that I did not know would be on the figurine. The notification of this detail was not easily found on the website. The customer service people did respond to my email in a timely fashion. I decided to keep the monkey, but will not be purchasing any more figurines with holes in the head.

Crappy customer Service - unwilling to fix my issue
I bought yoga pants in size M. They fit perfectly. I bought more yoga pants in size M and they were too big. Sent emails to their customer service. I never got resolution. They did not want to send me the smaller size even though their sizing was off.

I wanted to return a dress, the company made this very difficult and after 2 weeks of monotonous emails I was given a return address to China and I had to pay the postage or I could keep said item and get 5% reimbursed of the item, I will not use this company again

Delivery took much longer than expected, so keep that in mind if you’re ordering for a trip. I bought three items—stitching was fine, but the materials didn’t match the quality shown online and felt cheaper in person. One pair of trousers had a pocket placed awkwardly low, which threw off the design. Overall, I wouldn’t spend the money again. I’m keeping the items only because returning them requires arranging my own international shipping.

I placed an order February 2, 2026. It took 2 weeks when finally I received only 1 product. What was missing was 2 pants and a pair of shorts. Just a few days ago, we are in the middle of March, after on hoping and numerous emails. finally received 2 pants and shorts. The harem pants were incredible small. The shorts were nice. I asked for return address. Well each email from Tashi (Buddha stones), she kept asking me why I’m returning. Each answer prompted more questions and asking me to exchange for a bigger size. I also did not like the material of the pants. Made cheap and felt cheap. At this point, I still did not receive return address. This is not a good company due to horrible customer service, particularly sales person Tashi. I have dealt with another that was very nice. I should not ever had to go through all of this.

I ordered three pairs of the ladies harem pants. It has been two months since I placed my order, and two out of the three pairs finally arrived today. I was so excited. These pants looked so cozy and comfortable in the photos.
They are nothing like I expected. I realize that these are supposed to be loose and comfy, but they are so huge on me that they look like clown pants. The groin seam hangs halfway down my thigh. In the photos, the waistband looks fitted and snug. In reality, it’s just a thin elastic band at the top, covered by a loose fabric overlay that doesn’t lay against your body in a flattering way, like the thick, fitted band pictured in the photos. It’s just a loose, floppy, awkward flap of material. The material the pants are made of is hard, and wrinkly, with no stretch. It is thin and looks and feels cheap. I expected pants marketed for lounging, comfort, and yoga to be soft and stretchy. I have a fit, trim figure, yet they do not look at all flattering like they do in the marketing photos. They look and feel like a stiff, wrinkly burlap sack. I’m so disappointed.

The quality of the harem pants is more pyjama style, I don’t think they are loose and airy in summertime, but rather warm. I washed the pants before wearing and the colors went off. Dark orange became washed off orange.
