This is my 5th time ordering from Buddhastoneshop. Mainly for the Jade bangles and other bracelets. The quality of their jewelry is great. This time around I ordered a jade bangle and for some reason decided to go down a size and unfortunately it was a bit small. I contacted customer service to see if a bigger size can be exchanged and was told they will send another one for a $20 fee and I can keep the original order. Customer service was quick to answer. Will continue supporting store.

Product quality is excellent and as described. Product fit on thr large size(fleece lined cordroy haram pants) and I had to write this reveiw before I could compleat the exchange process. Have to pay the shopping fee and a small processing fee to get a smaller size but not required to return the ones I received that are to large. Return process lengthy.

I received my items and thought the quality was ok for all of them, but the sizing was way off. The site could stand to implement more guides to help customers determine what size would fit them best. Customer service was helpful in trying to resolve my issue but their process was confusing. Still, despite these issues, I would order again because I was able to find the items I was looking for.

I ordered 5 pairs of pants, so far only the dragon pair has not arrived. I Love the two linen trousers and I love the cotton harem pants. I was really upset that the pink pants are 100percent polyester. I asked to return them. they told me they would replace with pants of my choice but I had to fill out this review. The run around is time consuming and ineffective. The card they require me to fill out did not come with the pants.They tell me I must pay 20 shipping but do not give me a way to do so. I really like their pure fabric items but customer service is ridiculous and this has gone on for two weeks of ineffective back and forth. this is an update to the company response below, I have been emailing back and forth for days to get this resolved. They keep sending me a link to pay for shipping of replacement item, but it only opens the whole website and does not give me the option to just pay shipping. I keep informing them and they keep sending me same ineffective link.

I’m not quite sure how to rate this company since I’m in the middle of a return. I ordered a pair of pants that were a nice quality but not a size that fits me and the white color was too see through for my taste. The customer service representatives have been really great in trying to help me navigate an exchange. Time will tell when I can get an update with you once I receive the other item.
