I ordered the blue tiger bracelet and it arrived in about a week. This came wrapped in a small bag with care instructions which was greatly appreciated and then placed in a decorative box as well. The company also kept me informed as to the progress the shipping was making every couple days or so. Overall I would highly recommend Budda Stones!

I bought a jade abundance bangle and 2 round jade pendants. The jade accessories received were lovely. However, the bangle size was too big so customer services were contacted. Tashi the customer rep always responded in a timely manner. A resolution has been carried out. A replacement of a smaller size bangle will be sent to me with me covering USD$36 of processing fees, shipping and customs, which is understandable. I am now looking forward to receiving the new jade bangle. I might purchase another purple jade in the future! :)

Who knows if the pants would have been nice?
After 31-May purchase, incorrect tracking details via multiple couriers, and wrongful claim of delivery on 15-June, I wasted the next 3 months drowning in 30+ moronic emails auto-replied by brainless bots that refused to take accountability for any part of a customer service resolution. Even after I had to fight to get their couriers to provide written evidence of loss on 1-July, BuddhaStone still refused to respond and I was left to file an official complaint with consumer affairs, whereby my bank issued a mandatory chargeback request.
Please, just support another business, with honesty.

This was because it was a paypal dispute and I was unable to respond to questions because I was in hospital having had a stroke. Neither PayPal nor buddhstones took this into consideration.
