I had a wonderful experience with Bus.com from start to finish. For our group trip to Montreal and Quebec, Canada, I chose Bus.com based on the positive reviews I found online. I reached out for a quote for a 5-day trip with a group of 55 passengers. Although I had only a rough draft of the day-by-day activities and itinerary, the Trip Support Team promptly clarified details and provided me with a competitive quote. The team was incredibly responsive, answering numerous questions and assisting with multiple changes to the itinerary until everything was finalized. I truly appreciated their help and attentiveness. Before the trip, I received the driver’s contact information, and our driver, Marc-André, turned out to be excellent. He was experienced and made the entire journey smooth and enjoyable. I would absolutely use Bus.com again for future trips and highly recommend them to anyone planning group travel.

Buses were not up to standard

Buses were not up to standard, and drivers were rude and condescending. I reached out to Bus.com and they were unwilling to make it right. Its a shame, we have been using them for 6 years now, but I think I'm done. I can't risk that happening anymore.

Driver was sourced from a long distance…

Driver was sourced from a long distance away. Arrived late on pick up and then had no flexibility to extend on the other end to compensate for the loss of time.

Airport pickup to dormitory

Pickup from airport was on time despite our flight arrival being delayed, forcing the group to book a later time. Issue with GPS finding correct route to dormitory. Only an issue because it was 1:00am. Eventually sorted. Driver was patient and helpful. Return Pickup to airport was flawless. On time and prompt.

Bus driver and Air conditionning

Johnny the bus driver. Did not know the route to destination. On return, highway 40 toward 417. The driver was going Toronto way!!! The Air conditionning was not working properly in the buss on the return. It was very HOT.

Good Experience

The bus driver, Gianny Espinal, was so nice and well-organized. She really made the experience great. I want to note a few areas for improvement as well. Each time I reached out about pricing, I would get a different number, and it would go up every day it got closer to the event. I think there should be some type of messaging in the first email indicating the dynamic pricing. Another issue was that our contact information was mixed up with another client at UPenn who booked a bus the same day. There should be checks in place to avoid confusion if there are two groups using Bus.com from the same organization. This caused a delay in us finding our bus and getting in contact with the driver. Overall the experience was positive but those pieces would make it better.

Correspondence with bus.com is great. Our assigned agent was very helpful to my many questions. Bus was excellent, bus driver was awesome. This is our second trip using bus.com and there is no better way to rent a bus.
