On time and friendly
The bus driver was on time and very friendly. Super easy going and worked with us to make the adventure wonderful for our youth. The only feedback I have is that it would be nice to get the drivers contact information ahead of time.
Driver was early!
Lack of accountability for an incompetent driver
The bus arrived 20 minutes late. The driver changed the pickup point 350 meters at the very last moment. The delays arose from the fact that the driver was not familiar with the Montreal downtown area and made many wrong turns. Additionally, the bus had the check engine light on. Bus.com did not take accountability for the driver they subcontracted or the condition of the bus that was sent.

driver not reliable
How does a driver not look up directions to the iconic Disneyland, instead hops on the wrong route and stays there long enough to cause students to get to their field trip hours later? They must have had a lot on their mind... Beware

We were charged additional fee on our…over charge
We were charged additional fee on our trip. It was not our fault there was traffic and our bus driver stopped for a bathroom break at a place that only had one bathroom so it took longer than expected. We gave our bus driver $240 for the extra time and he took it as a tip . Their tip was already included in the bus fee. We paid to Bus.com additional money after this to settle the account
Very convenient
I love ordering transportation for our school through Bus.com. It it done online, it's very convenient, it's a quick process and it's always 100% guaranteed. No wait time and no delays...you order and it's confirmed immediately. The prices are higher than most bus company's but you get what you pay for. I can get in touch with a live person if trip modifications are required...and they are always accommodating. Great company.

Originally Skeptical, But earned 5 star status!
I was skeptical originally, about hiring a transport company totally online but my experience through Bus.com needs to be shared. The communication was top notch, with multiple touch points leading up to our scheduled day. I never felt "out of the loop" and my questions were always answered within 24 hours! They hire professional, reliable drivers and even have back up drivers in the event something should happen. Our champion of the day, arrived early to the hotel to pick up guests and was incredibly patient at the end of the night as everyone loaded back onto the bus to go home. I only wish I had known the bus driver would be sitting up in their bus all night, essentially at the ready, because I would have made sure they got a wedding meal! Thank you to everyone at Bus.com, from the reps leading up to our big day and of course the wonderful driver herself. You wont regret hiring them!
