From Stranded to Paris
My mom and I were stranded in Charlotte, NC after our connecting flight to Newark was cancelled. This also resulting in us missing our flight to Paris and our round trip on French Bee was cancelled. We frantically searched for flights to Paris the next day and could not find anything (the French Open contributed to this) and we almost gave up and went home. Jane Samson got in contact with my mom and found us a flight out of Charlotte to Dulles WA and then onto Paris. We made it to our destination with her help. She made booking the flights easy. On top of that, I needed a receipt to submit to the insurance company to cover expenses and she had it to me in 2 minutes. Her customer service is top notch and I'm thankful she was able to get in touch with my mom to get us to Paris.

The experience was great mostly because of Jane Samson's (Travel Advisor) efforts. She was great with all aspects before, during, and after we booked our flights for our trip. When we had questions, needed changes, or anything else, she was always very prompt in her responses and very helpful and effective in solving problems, making changes, and clearly answering all questions we had. She worked closely with us to find the most economic flights for our needs (dates, seating, etc.) and the booking process was perfect. We will definitely use her in the future and have also referred some of our friends on the upcoming trip to her and they feel the same about her services.
