My travel agent Asuna was timely and thorough in providing me with information. She is kind and has a pleasant speaking voice. I was happy with the product that she found and booked for me. I was confused however when I learned that I was billed first for the ticket taxes and then about 3 weeks later for the tickets themselves. This has nothing to do with Asuna, it seems to be a booking process which I was unaware of. I suggest that clients should be aware of the two stage billing process. I would use Business-Tickets.com again in the future.
